Lovely atmosphere, everything looks clean and smell great. Good music and nice chat I did standard manicure & pedicure, also I quickly did my lip wax and brows, everything was about 62€ - good price! She had a big argument with one of her employees telling her to "fix her attitude" in front of loads of customers. They were very aggressive with my hands pulling them closer and rudely telling me to put my hands in the machine. I made an appointment to get a 30min back massage in my lunch break the other day. My therapist was the lovely Laura who brought me to the relaxation area first and then offered me a robe. I told her I was on my break and needed to go back to the office so she tailored her usual routine to suit my schedule without compromising on time spent on my back. The massage itself was very good, good pressure and little talking - just the way I Iike it. The spa offers different deals depending on the weekday and they do run a loyalty scheme for returning clients. I will certainly be back soon and I will reserve the last star for when I tried one of their facials.

They took my booking and I gave my card details and only that I phoned the following day did I find out that due to an error on THEIR part my booking had been double booked. On one note I have to say Aoife who answered the phone was lovely and did all she could for me but when I was passed to the manager Karen how different that experience was. I was told "did I expect her to get more staff in for my booking" ? That it was overbooked and that was it. SHE TOLD ME that there was no alternative booking for me as I had limited dates and they couldn't help. She spoke to me very abruptly and there was no way she was going to offer me any alternative. Not even a discount for a reschedule. I gave them my card details and NOT ONCE on the call did she mention my card and give me comfort that it would NOT be debited for my booking. It was their mistake and they admitted that but as for giving me any kind of customer satisfaction to turn my double booking experience into a positive one, I rate them with a huge ZERO only for I have to click on one star to get this posted thats the only reason I have one star rating if I could give -1 I would.
