He called around 30 minutes later to say he had to pick up another vehicle in Rochester, MN and would pick up the car in two hours. The tow was from Zumbrota, Mn. The drop off was at the Ford dealership, 1660 S Main, that is before the roundabout to enter Highway 52 South to go to Rochester. Why couldn't our car be picked up in a timely manner and dropped off at the Ford dealership before heading to Rochester? We are in Zumbrota, MN, about 30 minutes from Rochester. From what I understand, Berg's Towing is also from Zumbrota 30 minutes down to Rochester, MN, 30 minutes back to Zumbrota gives him an hour to do what he needs to do to pick up the other car. The timing on the pickup for our call seems excessive. After two hours and fifteen minutes, I contacted AAA to say that I hadn't heard anything from AAA or the towing company. I was told that the driver was on his way. Here's my complaint! When the driver finally got to the pick up point, he stated, "I'm sorry, I forgot about this call." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! They were coerced into paying to avoid even more damage and delay. What's worse, this same company threatened the young employees of the burger establishment, telling them they couldn't move their own cars because their license plates had already been recorded. Those employees ended up having their vehicles towed after being intimidated by the same tactics by this deplorable company. It's an absolutely appalling abuse of power. Jody got our kids situated in the tow truck with water and chargers to keep them occupied and comfortable while they were waiting for almost an hour. Jody was so kind and patient, pointing out highlights of Cannon Falls as we went through town, as we had never been there before. Jody recommended a great mechanic to bring our truck to, and Siewert's helped us with our camper while we were waiting for our truck to be fixed.
