I took my Mercedes-Benz there on September 15th to have scratches removed from two rims. Up to that…read morepoint, everything was perfect--the rims looked great. However, as soon as I left the shop, they removed the tires and never put air back in them. My car has Run-Flat tires, which can be damaged very easily when driven without proper air pressure. Thank God I turned around quickly. I had not washed my car until today, September 30th, and that's when I noticed that one of the tires was missing one of the special Mercedes-Benz wheel-lock nuts. I immediately went back to the shop to explain what had happened and ask where the missing lug nut was. The owner--I don't know his name--was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, he simply told me that he would "see if he could help me." The special lug nut was never found. Instead, he gave me a generic replacement that was not even remotely the correct Mercedes-Benz part. I would NEVER recommend this place. They do not respect their customers, and their employees are not careful when removing or reinstalling wheels. NEVER GO THERE.

ABSOLUTE F*CKING SCAM. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!…read more If I could leave zero stars and shut this miserable, predatory excuse for a shop down myself, I would. This is hands down the shadiest, most dishonest piece-of-sh*t operation I have ever had the absolute displeasure of dealing with. They spent two solid months aggressively overcharging my account after my contract was 100% paid off months prior and then had the sheer, unmitigated audacity to threaten to come repossess tires that were literally mine and fully paid for(your tech is lucky he hasn't been met with a shotty in someone's driveway yet..) When I shoved the literal receipts and bank statements in their faces and caught them red-handed in broad daylight, they suddenly choked on their words and "conveniently" claimed it was just a "mistake" because my contract "was actually paid off all along." Oh, right--a convenient little clerical "mistake" to try and steal extra cash from people who actually pay their bills. As if theft and intimidation weren't enough, they also forced monthly fees down my throat for services I couldn't even use and then acted oblivious when I mentioned it, like their garbage "lifetime alignment," even though I explicitly denied it because my car is lowered and stanced with heavy negative camber, making a standard alignment physically impossible to begin with. (DUH, anyone with half an automotive brain cell would know that, but expecting basic competence from these clowns is apparently asking way too much). If you want a copy of your "contract" good luck, again they denied sending me my own contract until I "made a payment" They are nothing short of manipulative, thieving, untrustworthy con artists. I will happily and actively go out of my way to steer my family, friends, and literally every single soul I ever meet as far away from this pathetic dumpster fire of a business as humanly possible. Do yourself a massive favor: save your money, save your sanity, and take your business literally anywhere else on Earth. 0/0 L business. Sophia and Carlos are both incompetent lards as well.

I paid $1,738 for a complete powder coating service, but liquid black paint was used under a clear…read morecoat instead. When the finish started flaking 3 to 4 months in, I was told it was just "road hazards." I only discovered the truth recently when a tire puncture hit the inner barrel--the finish flaked off in thin, paper-like sheets of wet paint. Four independent professional wheel shops inspected them and all confirmed it is liquid paint, not powder coat. An acetone test confirmed it instantly--the black pigment melted right off onto a swab, which cured powder coat never does. When I called, staff insisted they wouldn't use black paint, and the owner, Freddie, initially claimed they were fully powder coated. However, Freddie admitted: "We used black paint, but a clear powder coat, which is the same thing." Liquid paint under a clear coat is not the same thing--it lacks the proper adhesion and durability of a true powder coat, which is why it's flaking off bare metal. When asked to make this right, Freddie refused unless I paid an extra $350 per wheel ($1,400 total). Be very careful expecting genuine powder coating here.
