The staff disregarded this, skipped an exam, and said it was normal. I ended up in the ER the next day for emergency surgery due to a failed abortion. When I called the clinic after my surgery, I was told staff did nothing wrong. Blue Mountain clinic made a difficult experience even worse.

We really appreciated Dr. Hutchin's keen eye and thorough exam resulting in an excellent description of his findings in a clear explanation we could understand. The follow up tests he ordered and the efficiency of getting them done at another Providence facility just emphasized the quality of this providers care! The medical care has been top notch. Dr's McHood, Lindsley, and Miller all listen to my issues, and take the best medical action possible. One MA was compassionate among the 7 different staff we interacted with. The information was just barely sufficient. I think that they either are not trained to interact with anyone with anxiety/autism/elderly or any mental health variation, or they don't care. And it matters when helping someone in a potential emergency. What I took away from the experience was a new fear that I might one day need emergency care and end up there myself.
