Instead of being honest & telling me he's not interested in the job, he tells me he'll send the quote but not exactly when, then never sends it & won't return my messages. One of the beautiful things about having your own business is being able to choose what you will & won't do; I fully support that & wouldn't hold it against any business owner, however, it's rude & unprofessional to keep people waiting & mislead them into thinking you're up for the job when they could be moving on.

I noted that this group had an Angi award for 2022 so I decided to get a quote and have someone come look at our project. We had about 4 people come out to quote us, their pricing was competitive and Rick seemed the most knowledgeable. From the get-go, my husband and I were impressed with Rick's knowledge and expertise, mentioned things to consider that were not even on our radar and were so glad he was able to educate us and the work needed to be done, he had lots of great pictures of his work as well. We had a bathroom that was way outdated and needed a complete redo. Meeting Rick and learning more about him during the construction, we both really enjoyed Rick as a person--which I think makes all of the difference, he has a great personality, very kind, some good jokes, good character, really cares for his family and his community, overall, he's a great guy and his partner, Gwen, too. Rick was able to start the project quickly, so we would have plenty of time to have it completed before moving into our new house. They worked really hard, came early each morning and got a lot accomplished each day. I can be pretty particular but Rick was awesome to work with me, give me a professional perspective and recommendations and called me if there were questions to get my feedback to be sure things were just as I wanted them. Our project was a little more difficult with plumbing coming up through the floor and needing to move it and I know there were other issues too (that I can't explain) that Rick and Gwen addressed head on and resolved. This did result in more work and added time (expected) but they still got everything done in a quick manner. Our bathroom is BEAUTIFUL and we are so happy with their work, professionalism, everything! We plan on utilizing them again for wall moving projects in the house as well. *I am attaching pictures as well, please note the shower doors have to be ordered/installed by a glass company, there are no baseboards as we are planning on install ourselves-we told them to not worry about this.**This is the review you needed to read, skip the research, call them.
