I was told their team would start between 4/21-4/25 and the project was supposed to last less than 5 business days. Fast forward to the project actually getting scheduled, the work was haphazard and did not get completed until 6/1 and I had to call them to find out when they would finish the project. To top it all off they charged me 50% more than the original quote and overcharged on other items like spring clean up and fertilization. When I asked for a revised invoice instead of sending that they decided to send me the same invoice over again and charge me late fees. This company clearly can't handle the businesses that they are in and I will not be using them again.

Additionally, fabric, rock, and edging was installed. Now I don't have to worry about water getting too close to the foundation, and it is a tremendous relief. Dylan initially came out to look at the area and to present a plan. He then submitted a bid, and completed all the work himself in a timely manner. I loved the way Dylan was prompt in submitting a bid, responding to emails, setting up a date, and then following through. He really paid attention to my concerns and far exceeded my expectations. He did a beautiful job at a fair price. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our most recent experience was unfortunate enough to say we won't be using them again. My husband and I had 3 tree stumps that needed to ground down. Yesterday we rented the smaller of their stump grinders and got it home to find it had no oil and couldn't get it running after a couple hours of troubleshooting it. When my husband brought it back the owner was there said, "I typically don't recommend this machine to anyone." That would have been nice to know. Day 2 we gave them a a 2nd chance and rented the larger stump grinder. We were able to get one stump of the three completed but had to spend most of our time trouble shooting this machine as well. Before using it we checked the oil and it was very very low. My husband finally gave up and brought it back and the owner didn't seem to care in the slightest or give any type of break for two machines and hundreds of dollars that's got us almost nowhere. The owner's son said, "well it looks like you got an hour out of it at least." We made it very known we will not be returning. Machinery is not well kept or reliable. Owner's customer service is sub-par.

The only items with a price tag was hanging baskets and large potted plants I asked the price of a standard 4" pot, sales person had no idea. My husband had a bouquet of mixed flowers delivered to me on Thursday and told them stargazer lilies were my favorite and asked them to put together a cheerful arrangement around those - they NAILED IT! A gorgeous pink creation that looks as beautiful and fresh today (Sunday) as it did the day they were delivered (even after a trip home in the heat from my office)! Friday was my bday and he had them deliver 12 red and 6 white roses to me. They are what made me decide to write this review. I normally don't care all that much for roses because they usually disappoint by drooping over or withering, plus the arrangements are usually pretty underwhelming. Man, let me tell you, the roses from Paeonia are the ones you see in pictures and movies - huge, great smelling, opening perfectly, and arranged with lots of unique greenery. I posted pics of both bouquets in the picture gallery. Can't say enough good about this place. Highly recommend!
