She took an inch off and did not blend hair correctly. I ended up with a terrible hair cut which put me in tears. So, I went to a new salon in Turkey Creek. The stylist corrected the uneven cut and had to take more off the length to blend in the layers. So sad that I did not go there first. Please know that I really wanted Salon Anew to work due to the convenient location, but if you want a professional haircut, please look elsewhere. Also, I placed a review that they email out, but no response from management. Not even an "I'm sorry, how can we correct it!" If , I could give zero I would!!!

I was a little disappointed as I had scheduled my cut a few weeks well in advance. However, they made it right and fit me in that same day with a senior stylist. I had Abigail as my stylist, and she was just a darling. She was so gentle and careful with my hair. She took exactly the length that I wanted off, and did beautiful long layers for me. I loved how she really took her time and listened to what I wanted done. Will definitely miss her when she graduates in June and any salon will be lucky to have her. Know before you go: State Street garage is great to park in and only a few minutes walk from the salon. If you want a weekend appointment, I'd book well in advance. They have Aveda products for sale in the front, and are always running specials. Give or take about an hour to an hour and a half for your appointment if you're getting a cut. Don't forget to try a cup of the Aveda tea at your appointment. It's delicious!!

They operate by a point system so every 100 pts you earn cash and can use towards your total checkout, they offer beverages (white and red wine, water, tea and more), are very clean, they do nail art from sparkles to ombré, all wear mask and gloves and an abundance of nail colors. Bob did my mani and pedi and I loved it especially when I asked for a strong massage. The second time around, Amy (the owner) did my liquid gel full set exactly how I wanted them (natural) and was a pleasure talking to.
