I've used them several times over the years and they have always done a nice job helping me. They were able to put a new cores in my front door handle saving me from having to buy a whole new one. The shop was clean and the workers were friendly. They had a couple new guys though and I got home to find out they did not give me back all my parts and put the push tab on upside down. Unreliable for car keys. Asked for a second key for Subaru 2016 Cross Trek. Two options: a key that will unlock and start the car ($95); a full fob w/ remote capability ($150). Chose the less expensive. They cut the key and programmed the car to accept, all fine. But... now, whenever I unlock the car w/ this key, the car alarm sounds. Went in to either have them fix (reprogram??) or to get the full remote. But they won't take back the key or give credit. I was told "It happens sometimes..." If I'd been told "it happens sometimes" before I got this key, I would've just gone w/ the full remote. Now they want to sell me the full remote and won't give credit / take back the faulty key. Not saying it's their fault the key sets off the alarm, but they knew this "happens sometimes" and didn't tell me. For ninety five bucks, they won't own up. So I can't recommend this business as reliable. read more

Won't work close to closing time. I called them because I came to Logan and lost my car keys. The guy on the phone told me he could get me new keys if I email proof of car owner ship and an ID. When I called back to make sure he got it he told me he would call me tomorrow when it was finished because they closed in 10 mins. read more

My family and I were in visiting the Bear Lake / Garden City Utah area for vacation. While enjoying our experience on the first day, one of the compartments on our boat with a locking device broke. All our life jackets, ski equipment and other stuff was locked in place... what were we going to do? We still have 4 days to go... I called the Beazer Lock & Key out of Logan Utah Garden City doesn't have much in the way of locksmith services. In any event I got their number off the web. I called and spoke with Brian. I explained my circumstances to Brian. He was very helpful and explained / offered me some suggestions to try resolve my problem. Other wise if Brian sent out a service technician, it was going to cost me $300.00 for a service call. I went ahead and requested a service call. Afterwards my son and i went back to the marina to our boat. It was late in the day... We started following Brian's instructions to see if we could fix the locking device... After about 15 minutes, we pulled it off. I couldn't believe it. I texted Brian back telling him we solved the problem by following his directions. We cancelled the service call and saved ourselves $300.00. Brian couldn't of been any nicer or happy for us. What a great company... great customer service, and I mean great customer service... so personable and caring. I'm sure they provide great service, but for me how Brian handle this call for service was above and beyond; and in essence the the very best of what a business has to offer at the end of the day. We visited Logan for a day, and stopped to take a couple more photos as we were leaving town. It was cold outside, and we realized we had locked our keys, coats, and purses in the car. We only had our phones that we were using for photos. The police could not help, but gave us the names of two locksmiths. The first had no technician that could come that day (a weekday afternoon).
