The only good thing I can say is he showed up 20 minutes early. Showed up in shorts and a t-shirts. Equipment broke down in 30 minutes. Backup equipment was obsolete and still used old tape system. Blamed us for not telling him what to wear to a hotel event. Wanted to charge extra for 24-48 hour video delivery of unedited content. Biggest nightmare ever had to buy the videographer pants, collar shirt, and belt just too look professional. His camera and equipment were not well taken care off. Memory cards, cable etc were stored in food containers. The cameras were stored in plastic shopping bags. Memory cards could only hold 30 minutes of footage 16 GB cards. He knew footage would be lost when memory ran out before even showing up or starting to record. Everything that we can think of was bad quality including his attitude. Stay far away from this business. He even threaten us to call our client if we continued to ask for a refund.

Said it would take three business days. I called the next day. They had not worked up my prototype. I called again the next day and they said an email had been sent to me to approve the form. I had nothing that said Houston Sign Company. Called again and they said the email was from an individual. All the trash emails I get and they think I'm going to know who this is? I found the lady's email and approved it. Three business days later I called to set a time to pick up the signs. They said they had not even started on it. They sold me a product they did not have. I said "Why didn't you call me?". She said they sent me an email. Why would I be looking for an email. I never found the email. They should have called me. I approved new materials. I was interested and had no issue with that. Once I got to the building for the interview, it was very confusing and I got lost. Bailie came out to greet me and I filled out 2 small pages of paperwork. When I was called to the back, this guy came out and greeted me with a warm smile. I thought everything was going okay. He asked me if I looked at their company website overview and I said yes. He then proceeded to drill me with questions about what the company entailed and what they stood for. When I answered "sales and marketing" and gave my point of view from what the website stated, he gave me an attitude. He then proceeds to tell me about the position which sounded more like aggressive pesky sales rather than customer service. When I asked him straight forward what the position entailed, he then said "Didn't I just tell you that? What did I just say to you?" I was shocked and could not believe someone in MANAGEMENT would talk to a possible future employee like that during an interview. I rudely told him I wasn't interested and stormed out of his office. I have NEVER been treated that way during an interview and would hope no one else would think that was okay either. I'm glad I dodged a bullet with this company!
