James Piccolo refused to provide this information, leaving me unable to fully control or independently manage digital assets created for my own business. I felt this was being used to keep my company locked into an ongoing relationship. Before signing anything, insist--in writing--that all domains, URLs, phone numbers, website files, hosting accounts and administrative logins be registered in your business's name and remain accessible to you at all times.
