He was A LOT and seemed very much wanting to be a bit in your face. I was trying to be nice and that did not seem to have an effect on his snatchy nature. Me and the other two I was talking to were just chatting and he kept coming back and looking around as if we might be shooting heroin together. It was way weird because the office is small and you can see the whole room from his desk. But it is like the DMV though I guess you can make an appointment. I do not know if that is helpful - one of the people waiting said he had done that and it was not helpful. The person working there was a sweetheart and even gave me a heads up about the person working on my stuff so that was appreciated. It has been a long time since I had to have them do something. Again, like the DMV, once you get a person they are usually quite lovely and just doing their jobs but appreciate a smiling friendly face so try not to take your wait time out on them since they are overworked just like the rest of us.

I express my concerns and my fears and Beaverton doesn't care. I had my same neighbor put up text message from my mother and my view I don't know this person like that of a text message that I sent my mother yelling at her about the abuse he had me indoors and how she traumatized me and she took that normal I don't know how she got it she posted it on her door for everyone to see my trauma and my abuse . I called super 10 again and I was ever full crying inconsolable crying officer called me back and asked me if I'm okay and in between me crying I said no I was going to cry more than cervical I was trying to stick words out of my mouth but I was so emotionally traumatized the officer made me feel like I was a burden and I was just being bothered from and they are up no help they were just let somebody emotionally and mentally abuse you and not care as long as they're not doing something physically harmless I would rather die deal with this Police Department or ask for help over 60% of the officers are a joke . They really need to treat people like people and see damage that's being done whether physical or emotional and be there to stop Behavior like that . Instead you get treated like you are a burden and you're bothersome and their time is precious . Bought the Beaverton Police Department they're assholes they'd rather see you die than help you . The reason I say that was because if I hadn't been working hard on my mental health what happened to me with my neighbor and I called that officer I probably would have killed myself . And then Beaverton would come out and maybe that officer would be like wow I just talked to her and maybe then they'd see how serious the issue was . I have to be dead for them to care or do something . Unfortunately I was number 450 and they were at 396 so I was waiting over two hours to get called. Last year I helped work to Oregon getting a pollinators plate for the state which provides funds to the pollinators educational program at OHSU. I had my certificate to get my new plate (which is beautifully designed by a 16 year old Estacada student). When my number was called it was then fast and easy to get my new plates. The folks that work at this location all seem very friendly and knowledgeable. Ad it was there was a guy sitting fairly close to me. I got the impression he has sat down due to fatigue. One of the staff came over to update him. When the person trying to help was letting him know his wait time he kept interrupting her and barking at her. I was trying not to overhear but she was so kind even with his nature. I was impressed and relieved when he finally seemed to listen to her telling him she was sorry for the delay in whatever and that they were trying to get to his issue. I get it - people go in pissed off from the start so I definitely appreciate the kindness while they are trying to do their job and navigate very hostile people.

However the idea that a library is supposed to be a quiet place is no longer accurate. I mean the kids section of the Shute Park Library is one thing, I mean kids are supposed to be there and let's face it, kids learn better when they are active. Today's visit was more like a zoo. So today there was a visitor who was having a conversation out loud. This wasn't unusual...the unusual part was that another visitor started to get aggressive verbally with them. This was both disturbing and upsetting (kinda the same thing). I believe a library employee was familiar with this person and was able to de-escalate the situation rather quickly. Then there was a 20 minute situation between two visitors and their door dash/grub hub driver. I didn't even realize you could eat in the library, but i guess that has changed too. Despite these distractions I was able to complete my work, but I wish libraries were quieter. But I am glad they are cooling stations as well.

He stared straight ahead and kept walking. I know from past experience most of the collectors at the boxes don't like to talk to the customers. I said I just wondered if a large padded envelope was a parcel. All of a sudden he turned around and yelled at me and said 'a parcel is a package.ĺ

The hours are slightly longer than nearby locations too which is a plus. Some downsides I've found however are that this location gets very busy especially on Friday & Saturday's so expect to wait 30+ minutes waiting in line. The cost of the PO Boxes are pretty high in my opinion too.

Ok so I had to resolve a ticket yesterday. Obviously not fun, but it was a learning experience…read more First off I discovered that you have to come to a complete stop before making a right turn on red. Honestly I have lived here in Hillsboro/Beaverton since 2010 and somehow didn't realize (and obviously haven't been ticketed for) this infraction. I also didn't realize that there would be so many people needing to resolve their issues in the same session. Luckily I was called in time to get my issue resolved and not be late for work. I was planning to go full "Law and Order", and state my case, but the judge explained that since I did break the law, regardless of the reason, i probably would have had to pay the fine anyway and it would have been on my permanent record. There were no shovels, rakes, or implements of destruction (it's a song about Alice) but I chose to go the smart route and take the traffic school option. It was a learning experience and I will add this to my memory banks. Drive safe everyone, and remember red lights aren't just a suggestion to stop lol.

Let's go after the soccer moms when they are driving 10 over, shall we? Municipal judges are there just to enforce money collection on tickets, not understand and work with folks.
