Very professional and I felt they were sincerely concerned for my needs. The ER doctor (Marshall) was extremely thoughtful, understanding, and I felt he really listened. My visit ended up being a precautionary overnight stay in the hospital. The entire hospital staff was fantastic! I loved the level of care I received. I spent most of my time with my favorite nurse, Tanielle, who was simply the best. She kept me very comfortable and informed. Even though I had some overnight interruptions for tests, everyone was sympathetic and understanding. The next morning, my nurse was Susan, and my Aide was Alana. Again, very understanding and wonderful! Doctor Marshall arrived and we discussed the future but he was just as he was the night before. I'm extremely thankful that we have such a great hospital so close. I would highly recommend this hospital to friends and family and the treatment I received is right up there at the top. They accommodated my family needs in regards to visitation and were very kind to them as well. I can't thank the entire team enough for such great care and I'm sure glad they were there.

Garfield Memorial Hospital had good reviews so I went there. I live in a big city, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I found was the best emergency room of all time. Went there with my sister yesterday and we got the rudest doctor ever. She came in with a head…read moreinjury and only a CT was done, no eye tests or anything else even when she had obvious slurring and forgetfulness. After waiting for hours the doctor came back in saying she had concussion symptoms with no concussion? They tried to hurry us up but we were understandably concerned and confused so we asked over again what exactly that meant because that sounds like a concussion? When the doctor came back in she was extremely rude, staring with "so I heard we have some frustration on the diagnosis not being a concussion? Why is that?" In a snappy tone. After trying to explain why we were confused she said "are you a licensed medical professional? Do you know how to diagnose a concussion? Hm?" Nearly yelling at us. Then she said "it's been explained to you multiple times so I don't understand why you're still here" after trying to get any words in over the Doctor yelling over us we asked what she was supposed to do if she wasn't supposed to sustain another head injury if she's supposed to go to work the next day. She responded with "well maybe you need to decide if that job is worth it, you knew the risks." Then tried to compare her job to ours. Finally when we were fed up and left she just said "bye" in a terrible awful tone. Never coming here again because obviously the emergency department hires those with horrible attitudes and even worse care.

So I take my little girl to the ER last night cause she scraped her eye with paint she was scraping…read moreoff paint in old house she cut her eye and the ER doctor gave her medicine for ears and I put the drops in her eye even tho I called and said this is for the ear they insured me it was ok so I put two drops in her eye and it burned her eye so I called the ER and the insured me it was ok well today I called the pharmacy and they said they were wrong I took her to Dr Parker a great eye doctor a real eye doctor and they burn her eye, Evan Christiansen the Hospital administrator gave my child three movie tickets and said they made a mistake and he was sorry. Not good enough. Bad bad bad I could do a better job.

I Have called them three times and they say they didn't bill it wrong. Yet the Doctor and the Anesthesiologist billed them and got paid. they also switched to a new billing program at the time of my surgery. Medicare can't help me. They have to go by what the Hospital bills them for.

I was able to get an appointment in short order. The office staff was extremely professional and caring. When I saw the physician, he was very professional and he actually spent several minutes going over my medical issue. It was nice talking with a physician who actually cares. My medication was sent to the local pharmacy and I was home resting before I knew it. I'm glad Intermountain Health Care is here in our backyard and I will certainly be using their facility for any future needs (hoping, of course, those times are few and far between).
