The decal letters on the side of the boat quickly came off due to improper adhesive work and had to be replaced. Plastic vent inserts were improperly installed and had to be repaired. This past season, we entrusted Victory Marine to store our boat for the winter. Without our permission, the staff at Victory pulled our boat from storage and displayed it at their boat show. Our boat was returned to us with damage to the hull and trailer, and Victory assumed no responsibility. We also received our boat with two dead batteries, which is the second year in a row this has happened. These infractions resulted in a better business bureau claim, during which Victory claimed that I gave them permission to show the boat, which is an outright lie. In addition, we had multiple warranty issues that needed to be repaired this season. When I went to pick up my boat, Victory staff stated that all repairs had taken place. However, it was only after I inspected the boat closer that I discovered several items that had not been taken care of. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they told me those items were not covered. If you're in the market for a new boat, do your homework. A warranty is only as good as the company providing the service and the manufacturer providing the support. I will never do business with Victory Marine again.

It was very simple service and they told me it would take a week. After 9 days I called and then they started working on it. The price seemed very high when they said it was just a blown fuse. When I asked why $130 in labor for a blown fuse? They brought the tech out to explain it. He was really upset he was even being asked and said he had to take the GD front end of the boat apart to fix it right. Very hostile. I paid my bill and thought, no more Valley Marine service. It wasn't the price, but they way they handled it.

But later found in their own words, "WE DON'T SELL CARS WE SELL ADS". Right there, right freaking there I found out later is the problem. I gave a few hundred, they listed it on their site and an ebay ad. Ok, I gave them all the pictures and description, they just post on ebay and their own site? I already had it on Autotrader and had a few leads for like $50 or something! Car didn't sell, they came back asking for more money for a second ad, an extended ad. Ok sure, he guaranteed it would sell for $20K. Yes he said that, no I know it sounds stupid. Long story short it didn't sell, I gave them way too much money. Posted a negative review, and was shortly contacted by the owner Jeff. Well he sounded like a nice guy and genuinely wanted me to be happy so I allowed him to try for a third time to sell the car, with no extra money from my pocket and I deleted the bad review. Well guess what some moron at the place is telling people my reserve price!!!!! Maybe to just get it sold, I dunno what's going through their mind but heck no don't tell buyers the god forsaken reserve price!!!! It even says on their terms they will not reveal the reserve price at ebay. I get another call from a guy saying he saw the car online, called Select Vehicle Marketing and some girl told him my lowest price I would take. F@#$#$^%^$%@!#$.....REALLY????!???? Well that just about does it. Screw this company. Sorry Colby but I gave you way too many chances.

We had a lengthy phone call, during which she explained to me that she feels I was mislead in a lot of different ways during my first experience with their company, and they are trying to make changes based on what people are telling them. Nicky offered to refund my entire fee from my first experience with them, and offered to market a vehicle for free for me in the future should I choose to use them. I have since been refunded my entire fee from last year, and they are currently marketing another car for me, which they are doing free of charge. Though I'm still not sure how likely I am to recommend them to anyone else, I am impressed that Nicky took such big steps to make things right with me and stand behind their company.
