Which was fine until I've heard every excuse under the sun for why I still to this day have never received them. Teresa took our money and never gave me the glasses I paid for, so if you decide to shop here I would proceed with caution and look at the google reviews for the business as well (others have had similar issues).

Had my annual vision check-up with them recently. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I arrived…read moreearly to my appointment and did not have to wait long. Exam began before my appointed time. I felt all the vision checks were extremely thorough and the technology being used was current and state-of-the-art. Dr. Schlaefer and her technician explained everything to me very thoroughly. I received my prescription and no pushy sales pitch to purchase glasses from them. They provided me with a quote for my corrective lenses at my request should I decide to purchase through them. All-in-all, a very good experience.

I was new to the area. I chose this clinic for location. Previously, my care was in madison…read more Compared to madison this clinic has old equipment. I paid $75 at time of appointment. I got my exam with eye dilation. Took maybe 30 minutes if that. After that I went to the picking and buying glasses part. One pair progressive glasses and what I thought was including exam was $630. I was fine I left. Two months later I get a bill for $452. That is my cost for exam and eye dilation. Wow, in 30 years in madison have I ever paid that much for an annual exam. In madison they use a high tech piece of equipment to take an image of the eye. Instead of dying and dilating. With that my charge has never been this high. I realize not all places charge the same. This is a huge disparity. And for a place working off old equipment with little overhead. It's out of line. I will be making the drive back to madison. Just an unreal situation. Location definitely isn't everything.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Deluxe version of the "You're…read morePrecious Bouquet," which was advertised as a step above the Standard arrangement. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received looked significantly smaller and less full than the Deluxe photo shown on the website. In fact, it didn't even resemble the Standard version that was advertised. When ordering flowers online, customers expect the arrangement to be reasonably similar to the photos being used to sell the product. What I received fell far short of those expectations. What was even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. I reached out to the company regarding my concerns and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I understand that flower arrangements can vary due to seasonal availability, but the difference between the advertised Deluxe bouquet and what was delivered was substantial. Combined with the complete lack of communication, I cannot recommend this florist based on my experience.
