They claim to offer flexible scheduling but I was continually contacted and pressured into taking extra shifts/clients that I mentioned to them many times would not work. Even after telling them my the schedule and clients I had worked perfect for me. They even tried to push me out of the clients I had to take different ones they needed someone like me for, that had more experience but wouldn't give a pay increase. Although it wasn't listed in the handbook or listed as a "policy" at all, I got talked to like I was incompetent and an idot by Matt for simply trying to pickup gloves while in the area because I didn't call to make an "appointment" prior to picking them up. He even went as far as laughing at me on the phone, when I told him I didn't appreciate how he was talking to me. Matt also stated how he "didn't have to put everything into policy because he's the boss". While trying to advocate for my client having black mold in her home, I was told to keep out of the situation. I didn't like how they were not always honest with my client. Clocking in was annoying at times, even after clocking in, they would mark you down as NOT clocked in and then call you in the middle of your shift to have the client confirm you were there, even though they claim to "track" your phone. I got talked to like I was dumb several times for clock in issues. I was never late or missed a shift aside from when my child had a medical emergency. Even then, they were given adequate notice and I was met with Zero empathy. Instead of "I hope everything is ok", I got, "Well when can you make up your shift"... (May 8th)My last day, I had a spill on my pants and shoes, so I changed into long shorts & sandals I had on hand - Matt apparently had sent his brother(Luke) to find me to interrogate me about some review someone had left (he refused to show it to me). I refused to talk to Matt because of how he talked & treated me and requested to talk to different management (Megan).. They refused what I had said and then began attacking what I was wearing and ultimately fired me for that.. claiming I "couldn't follow policy".. but they then replaced me with someone who wore half shirts/crop tops to their shifts .. Then a month later(June) Matt contacts me (even after I previously stated I didn't want to speak to him) and threatens to SUE me - falsely claiming my previous client had brought to his attention that I was trying to work with her behind his back... Matt again tried to contact me (July 22)... So even after stating I wanted no contact, he continues to do so. I want zero contact from anyone from visiting Angels. I myself provided excellent care to my clients. They loved me, their families and even their social workers. Oh and I didn't like being continuously hounded to leave a 5 star review on various platforms, even before working a shift. That made me very uncomfortable.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Where to even begin?! The residents are…read moreneglected and miss treated, they get swore at and screamed at. The residents all have buzzers to push to get a caregivers attention and they just reset the alarm n continue to do what they were doing. The main boss of the facility doesn't care about her workers at all she rather sit in her office n gossip. I worked at the beaver dam facility for a month and walked out. There is so much drama and bullshit all the time. The staff all have their cliques and shun anyone that is t one of them. They are mostly minorities and anyone that's not is given attitude or a hard time. When brought to the bosses attention her response was " that's just how they are " that's not just how anyone is. It's how they are allowed to act with no repercussions. The place is a total joke all around. I've came in on morning shifts to find my residents soaked In urine from head to toe because the noc shift didn't take them to the bathroom. The district manager has Pedophile charges pending (public record) and no one bats an eye lash at it. The place is disgusting all around.

This place is known for ripping it's tenants off and I didn't believe the rumors but they are all…read moretrue. The lease took over 2.5 hours to review as the assistant Christine reviewed every extra charge that could be added, extra for a water alarm for a washer, they will sell you one and buy it back (at a much lower rate and sell them again for full price). They have a strict list of products allowed to be used for cleaning, washing, and protecting your apartment. Strong armed me to sign a 15 month lease vs a year and told me that if I needed out in a year I can sublet or we can work it out at that time, asked about it when the time came and she took it back and proceeded to rant and belittle me as a crowd of her employees watched. I got home and it was in my lease!!! She was completely wrong but still won't work with me because she's the "reality expert" and I'm just "the idiot" who's paying to live here. I can't believe I need to stay here or forfeit my rent. There is actually a clause that states you will give them a check for 350$ to clean the carpets, but you need to clean them and they will rent you a cleaner??! I asked about it at signing and she stated they don't collect but after the last statement retraction we will see how it works out. I requested the list of charges the previous tenant was charged upon moving in and a number of times after without any production of the document; last time I asked she told me she would notify her boss and called me more names! There is literally a charge for everything so they can try to take you too court after moving out, be very cautious and stay away! I knew someone who was renting as an emergency due to a total loss due to a fire, they charged the insurance company 1500$ a month for the apartment that normally rents for 800$! Oh on top of this there is no outside cable or Internet provider, you need to supply your own modem and purchase the Internet through them and they won't allow you to get your own. Speeds are only up to 10 mb/sec, and I've never seen it go that fast. When I moved in I didn't have Internet or cable for a month. She finally contacted me to have a technician resolve the issue and she asked me to leave my personal computer there for him to use. WTF? That is my personal information, I told her no and she responded by yelling telling me I was being unreasonable and that it was the only way I could get it resolved. I ended up needing to use a vacation day to watch him so he didn't do anything outside of what I asked. Any repairs to be made have been untimely and with low grade materials that fall apart. You can't even touch a wall without risking paint chipping away. Please don't get suckered into giving these people your money.

Visited my uncle in the memory care facility with my cousin. Arrived at 6:15 pm. Movie night - but…read morethe care provider didn't have access to the TV remote. Oh well Hallmark channel again. 15 minutes later microwave popcorn was presented in small styrofoam bowls. By 6:30 they picked up bowls and were distributing meds in the public area. No couch to sit on because a resident sleeps there. By 7:00 pm we were encouraged to leave since the residents were being put to bed. I had to use the restroom so a caregiver unlocked the public restroom for me, imagine my surprise no TP or hand paper. Good thing I had a tissue in my handbag. Yikes. One star may be too generous. Don't judge care by the decor in the room!
