Made a 1am reservation 3 days in advance because I needed to be to an early morning airport shuttle pick up on time. I use d their app and so I could see where my driver was. Come the pickup time the driver's car was 10 min away and their car wasn't moving. 5 min after pickup time I messaged them, telling them which apartment complex I was in, as a subtle "where are you". They messaged back "on my way now". I cancelled the ride, hopped in my own car and got to the shuttle pick up right as my shuttle arrived. I now have to arrange for my friends to get my car back to my apartment because I'm away from Corvallis for 2 months. To top it all off, I peeked at the app after I got on the shuttle and the Beaver Cab was prowling around the shuttle location. Creepy. read more

Disappointing and unreliable. I called at 5:30 pm to schedule a 12:30 am pick up as my husband needed to be at the Comfort Suites shuttle pick up stop, leaving at 1:10 am. We waited and called many times to see if the driver was planning on showing up but nobody picked up the phone. At the end, we had to wake up a friend to ask for a ride. I would love to say that you don't need a car to live in Corvallis, but things like this make you think otherwise. Oh, well. read more

Called yesterday to make sure they could get us a cab from the hospital to our hotel after my wife's surgery . They assured us they were available 24/7 . Called today to get a cab , they didn't even answer the phone .. i left a message , and they just left us hanging. We stood outside the hospital in the heat until a nurse suggested uber . Took uber like 8 minutes to show up .. ive always been one to support local businesses , but this is unacceptable .. almost an hour later , and no word from beaver cab .. read more

Yet another terrible Corvallis taxi company that doesn't bother to answer the phone. So glad I don't live here anymore. Hopefully Uber & Lyft will come put these guys out of business. read more

Do not use beaver cabs! They charge twice as much as any other taxi sevice. I took a cab to albany from corvallis, a route i have travelled many yimes before. I was charged 50 bucks, where the standard rate is 24 (the other one, ali's). And this was on a bright sunny day at 4pm. The cab was an hour late, and was dirty and cluttered. read more

Consistently.... Awful. IF they show up, they are late. Rude drivers, dispatch does not pickup phone calls 80% of the time, voicemail full. All in all... FUBAR. read more

Absolutely the safest and affordable way to get wherever you may need to go. Open 24 hours with clean vehicles, and veteran drivers you are sure to save time and money by letting them drive you! read more

Beaver Cab - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Corvallis, Oregon

Super nice and friendly, answered all my drunk ass friends questions with a smile and a good laugh

This cab company is great! They were around when no one else was in Corvallis! And they arrived early!

The man who picked us up seemed to own beaver cab and was the nicest person, and got to us very quickly when our Uber cancelled on us last second. He was very personable and provided a great ride. Recommend 100% read more

Either they're massively overpriced for rides to PDX or I got played by the driver. Either way it wasn't a nice experience. Car reeked of pot, driver texted or played with the credit card machine while driving, and I was repeatedly told the credit card machine was broken and would have to pay cash. Only after I flat out refused to stop at an ATM (I was rushing to the airport for a reason) did the credit card machine magically work. For anyone else looking, I was charged $250 for a one way ride from Corvallis to PDX. An uber is around $130 and they don't criticize your tip amount after. read more

I drove in front of one of their drivers and he was on and off his phone, swerving all over the road, tailgating, and driving erratically! His license plate was OR 119 ENQ. He was driving on Hwy 99 headed North, turned onto Granger, then turned north onto Hwy 20 towards Albany. It was around 1:20 today. I took video because it was so unbelievable! read more

They got the worst female driver in the world! One old lady with very bossy voice and unsafe driving with text messaging all the way and unstoppable phone calls!! And terrible service! If you love you life, please skip the beaver cab!!!!! read more

I called for transport to our company holiday party last winter during the snowstorm. I needed to arrive and work the welcome table. Beaver Cab assured me they would arrive by a certain time, but 40 minutes later they still hadn't shown and I could not get a hold of them either. I ended up getting a ride from a neighbor and arrived late. Considering the other reviews, this cab company seems to be undependable. read more

They were outside to pick us up within 2 minutes, and got us where we needed to go when saferide canceled. The driver was friendly and fast. I give 3 stars for the traffic laws broken (40 in a 25, slowing through stop signs, and driving down the center of the double yellow line) but we got across town for like $9. Would use again. read more

Clean cab and a safe ride for early morning departures. Had to catch the 6am train out of Albany, and the beaver cab driver was outside waiting about 5 mins before the scheduled pick up time. Nice driver (a tad erratic but nothing to be too concerned about) and reasonably priced. Not bad for a small town with limited options. read more

They did good by me. Late at night the orange cab line just forwards to beaver cab, so you might as well call them direct. I asked for 12:15 am, and they were there by 12:10. No complaints there! read more

This company took me 5 calls to finally get an answer, after That they told me it would be an hour wait. As I was saying "okay, id like to be picked up at xx and be delivered at xx" he hung up the phone. I tried calling back about 6 times nd after 3, he sent me straight to voicemail. Your the reason taxi is going out of business. U er took 5 minutes to pick me up. Don't trust this service, so unreliable read more

worst cab ever, expensive than any other places.. love to hang up phones to customers..

Cab arrived in decent time but went the long route to my destination to make more money. I called him on it then he gave me a $1.00 discount. Warning to taxi drivers, single moms aren't dumb. read more

Avoid them at ALL rates. I wouldn't write this review if it hadn't been an unpleasant personal experience. Other than showing up late and being a rip off, they are unprofessional. One of the drivers literally demanded a tip and refused to give me my change back, which was $2.50. I called their office to complain, and the woman who always answers the phone (the dispatcher) told me that it was a "personal issue" that I need to take care of and hung up on me. Really?? A personal issue between me and the driver?? How about some professionalism in trying to at least listen and not hang the phone up on my face. Never using the beaver cab again and I hope other people will find this review helpful. read more

The cab company has always done alright by me. And I don't think that I am any more special than any other potential fare. The drivers are always courteous and reliable. read more

Late night pickup at the Hilton after shuttle from PDX. Reservations got scrambled as there were two couples on the shuttle who needed cabs. One couple wanted to go south of town and we wanted to go north. So a second car was called in and was there in just a couple of minutes. Yoni, our driver, was very courteous, drove through downtown at posted speed and he was very professional providing door-to-door service. read more

I called at 8am to make sure my sister could get to the Hilton by noon to catch the airport shuttle, they promised to pick her up by 11:30, they never showed up, not the first time, I'm just finally complaining. read more

Beaver Cab has been a fixture in Corvallis longer than the ten years I have lived here. I usually use a different taxi company as he gives me discounts for certain trips. The reason Beaver is better is because they seem to have more cabs available. They show within 20 minutes so I don't have to call 45-60 minutes ahead as with the other company. Beaver has improved its drivers who in the distant past were some sketchy people (8-9 years ago) and their cars are in better shape as well. They used to have a dispatcher but now the cab drivers are the dispatcher and that is one of the reason the drivers are distracted. The phone is ringing, they're trying to write the address etc. I'm not defending their bad driving but the company is also to blame because their too cheap to hire a dispatcher. The texting however is unacceptable. read more

I was very impressed with the service from Beaver cab on a recent visit to Corvallis. It was graduation weekend so cabs were busy and they were the only service that responded or even answered the phone. I had colleagues with me from other countries so I asked the Beaver cab guys to pick them up each day at their hotel and take them to our conference- they did so punctually and reliably each day. I am very thankful to them for taking care of us! read more

I was parked in my apartment complex waiting for my car to heat up when a male driver pulls up and blocks me in. Since I was waiting for it to heat up I gave him a few minutes. After 5 minutes I honked my horn. A minute later I had to walk out to find him while he must of been helping a coworker with her car I called over asking for them to move the car since they blocked me in and I have to leave for work. He just yelled "one minute" while raising his pointer finger and repeated that as I started to tell him that I have to leave for work. So I got back in my car and waited while they finish and then waited for them to leave the apartment as the other car was taking their time to leave the entrance. Needless to say I was late for work. The driver could of pulled forward just a little more and block the trash not a running car. My work runs on a points system and it will be on my record now for a year. I felt the whole thing was rude. Even though I don't ride cabs, I know I won't ride this one. read more

Great service! I called early in the morning needing to go to an 8:30 am dr. apt and just could not drive myself because of how sick I was. The dispatch gal was so kind and understanding and the driver was there in 15 min. ( I live about 10 min outside of town). The driver was very empathic and tried to drive smooth so as to not to make my condition worse.. I really appreciated him and this company. read more

The WORST service ever. I called and they said they would be there in ten. Then 15 mins later said ten more mins. I ended up waiting for an hour and 15 minutes and they never came. I called them repeatedly throughout this time and they didn't bother to answer and never called to tell me they were too backed up to get me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

Seriously one of the worst experiences I ever had. We were waiting outside in the cold for a cab that kept saying, every time we called them, that they were outside. We continually asked them if they had the right address and they insisted that we were in the wrong. The woman who kept answering the phone was rude and even hung up on me. What a ridiculous excuse for a cab service. read more
