The curls pattern in some of the curls fell, due to no tampering on my part. I spoke with the owner, knowing it was not his fault either. I feel it was a bad batch and should be sent back to the originating seller as defective. Bottom line, the owner of SO NICE was unrelenting in the idea that he was not willing, in no form, to assist me in getting replacement hair. I explained my position and that I understood his position to not give me free hair. that was never my request. My last attempt was in asking him to give me the early bird discount of 10%. He said, there is nothing I will do.

It is a cute little shop and they have the option to create a custom scent for a candle or perfume. We decided to give it a try! You start off by choosing your vessel for either a candle or perfume. The next step is to pick your scent. You are able to mix different scent options to create a unique fragrance. We were walked through the whole process and given explanations of things along the way. I also love that you can return and purchase a refill of the custom scent in the container you choose. The other special part is that you get to create a name for your custom scent and it is printed on this pretty black and gold label! I will definitely be back to refill my candle when I am in town again!
