If I could give them a 10 star I absolutely would! To start out, the communication from the beginning was very easy in general, from scheduling, sharing my wants and needs etc.., I just had a good feeling about picking them for my day. Getting to the day of, my wedding day started out quite stressful because of the weather (thunderstorm) and my wedding was on the very top of the mountain in Villa Cimbrone Ravello, IT. I received a phone call from them in the morning to make sure I was still having my wedding that day or if I needed to reschedule, they were so nice about it. The two AMAZING ladies Silvana and Susanna drove all the way up in the winding roads, walked a good distance to get to me (the rain had stopped by the time they arrived). I was still nervous but Silvana and Susanna made me feel super comfortable and at ease, they took my mind off of it and went to work. I cannot say enough about these girls, they were great, fast and made me feel really beautiful on my special day. My day started off crappy but they helped me get in the mood and thankfully my day became incredible after that. Mel and her team are so talented plus really sweet & professional. I was so lucky she squeezed me in so I could get a blowout plus makeup before I went out. My hair is super long plus horrible in the Summer and the girl she sent to the hotel nailed it. I got a refer from the hotel while I was on vacation in Capri and I was so excited she came to the hotel. Plus her English is perfect! BeautyLivery did my makeup for my wedding, 7 bridesmaids, mother of bride and mother of groom in July. It was theeee hottest day of the year (a heatwave) the day to my wedding and they did an amazing job! My makeup and the girls makeup did not smudge or sweat off AT ALL! This was truly amazing! All of the girls hair stayed so well... many updos due to the heat of course. My hair was beautiful as well and stayed nicely! Getting ready in the atmosphere they provided myself, family, and bridesmaids was so fun and calming! We played music and had a great time.
