She happily greeted and acknowledged everyone even though she was busy. I listened to her offer additional products and services, encourage clients to enroll in packages and positioned in a way that was beneficial to each client. She even overcame initial objections with more questions, but again in a way that didn't seem like a sales push, more of a benefit and trying to understand how she could help more. In this day and age where people almost expect sub par service as "the norm", the high level of service which Chloe displayed to myself and others is a breath of fresh air! Well done, EWC Draper!

Ive moved around a lot in the past few years due to my husbands job and finding a good wax place has proven to be a challenge in most of the cities Ive been in (Chicago, Austin, Atlanta, etc) but after relocating to SLC and doing a bit of Yelp research I decided to give Wax Me Too a try and I am SO glad I did. If you are in need of a Wax (of any kind) definitely give Wax Me Too a try. They have several locations (although, Ive only been to the Draper one) and they are so professional, clean, quick and friendly. Never have I been so impressed with a waxing experience like I have with Wax Me Too! Thank you fellow Yelpers for steering me in the right direction and thank you Jolie for offering such a great waxing experience.

I don't need to say it (the reviews she has already speak for herself) she's amazing. I could NOT believe the difference in pain compared to ET. I found my new forever waxer. Seriously if you've had a bad experience elsewhere i would HIGHLY recommend giving her a shot. I was in and out so fast & felt so comfortable. I started going every two weeks and now since the hair doesn't grow back as often we have extended my appointments. I enjoy our chats and we get through the sugaring so quick!

I was in and out of sleep throughout the entire session because of how relaxing and skilled she was. That experience is the main reason we continued coming back, hoping to be matched with that therapist again. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was completely different. The therapist I received did not seem to be performing an actual massage so much as repeatedly rubbing up and down my body. At one point, she made one long stroke from my hip to my neck on the right side of my back, and I immediately felt a burning pain on the left side. I don't know exactly what happened, but it was painful and concerning, and it significantly impacted my experience. What concerns me even more are things I have learned about how this business is operated. I became aware of an employee who reportedly had documented medical conditions requiring frequent breaks. Even after providing a doctor's note, management was allegedly reluctant to accommodate those needs because breaks were said to "not fit the business model". As a business consultant, workplace culture and leadership matter to me. Based on feedback I have heard from customers and employees, I have concerns about management practices. I have heard reports of refund requests being denied even in situations involving the death of an immediate family member on the day of an appointment. I have also been told of employees being criticized by name in group chats that included additional participants. Based on my own experience and the concerns I have become aware of, I do not believe management prioritizes either customer satisfaction or employee well-being. The owner, Greg Lovato, left me with a very negative impression from the several negative reviews I have heard of this business. Greg, your sucky "management" style appears to undermine both customer loyalty and employee morale, two things that are essential for a successful business. No wonder your employees quit with no notice. Get some professional help. Hope you go kick rocks in bare feet.
