I wish I could put pictures on here it is that bad. I usually go to Jon and and he is amazing and I don't even think he can fix these I should've waited until they got from vacation to get my nails done. My daughter is upset with her as but all she got was a so hers wasn't as bad. I had to get a full I will never ever go to this place again to pay money for the service I got on my nails straight up ridiculous and a rip off. I feel like we was just ripped off from our money. I gave her one star but honestly, I would give this a zero star if I could I would not recommend anybody going here unless you just do not care what your nails turned out to look like.

The salon is ok. It isn't as neat and tidy as some I have seen, but it looked clean, floor swept,…read morepedi and mani chairs clean and in good condition. Mani station desktops seemed a little stained but clean. The station I was seated at had a tray of what appeared to be often-used products that could use a good cleanup (buildup on bottleneck of some clear product bottles). The service I had was removal and re-do of nail dip powder. The service seemed fine, if a bit rushed. I had my nails cut down just a bit, and chose a single plain color. They did not flash-cure the clear topcoat, which my usual nail salon does. The result was fine, nothing remarkable but nothing wrong with it. I gave an extra star because although the guy answered his phone a couple of times, he didn't stay on it long and didn't let himself be distracted. by it.

Save your money. This is terrible gel work…read more I'm new to the area, 1st visit July 2026 and scheduled the appt for gel mani/pedi. Short staffed, so the appt took over 2. 5 hrs. Sloppy gel application, when I asked for nail beds & sides to be cleaned from the gel color on my skin, deep sighs. She did not apply the base @ top coats appropriately, on mani it started pealing after a week. Paid extra $5 for more detailed cuticle care, she reluctantly did it, but was not sufficient and by the end of the day my cuticles were dry, rough and looked bad.

It sooooo is not even close to the pictures I showed her! Cut straight across in the back - no tapering - very boxy looking. My hair waa also cut much shorter than the picture I showed her, so disappointed in that regard as well. The front, while cut shorter around my face, again was not like the picture I showed. My cut is ... ok, BUT it certainly is NOT what I was hoping for! Not EVEN close! Noticed she cut the woman's hair prior to mine very boxy looking as well. The unsanitary part: the nail tools used on me were given a quick wash in the handwashing sink -- not even left to soak -- and returned to a sterilization bag that was then resealed. This feels very misleading, even if unintentionally so. As for the basic polish manicure, it felt pretty rushed and incomplete. I still had excess cuticle after, my nails weren't shaped, and the polish -- despite me sitting under the dryer for the recommended amount of time -- still hadn't dried more than an hour later. I ended up just taking it off.
