I went in for a fill and everything was going good. My nail tech was very nice. But when she…read morestarted to paint my nails she didn't put a base coat on. Towards the end she had cut some of my cuticle skin off but she didn't cut it off all the way so I just had cuticle skin hanging off my fingers. Literally. I figured she would eventually cut it off at the end or something but I had to ask her to cut it off. She made me bleed on two fingers while she was cutting my cuticles off. My nails are also very bumpy and have hair stuck underneath the polish.
