However, I recently had some issues with my auto-refill prescription at the pharmacy here. This pharmacy is usually really on top of things but for whatever reason my prescription took a week to fill. It was marked as "in process" on November 25th and wasn't ready until December 2nd. Luckily, it's a prescription I can live without but for others, this could've probably been a life or death situation. There were no updates on the website or through the automated robot when I called. To top it all off, I tried calling THREE separate times to try to get through to a real human being. I called all at different times and different days in the hopes of catching someone but each time, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The third time I called, I finally got through to someone and asked about the prescription status. She took 1 minute to check on it and said it'd be ready in an hour.... I don't know why it took so long for this common prescription to be filled or why it was almost impossible to talk to a real person. It makes me think the prescription had been sitting there all along and no one had taken the steps to mark it as ready for pick up. I really hope I don't have to deal with this issue again!

I have been on hold for an hour and a half....This is a daily thing. They will tell you that your meds are ready then you get there and its oh give us 20 minutes..nevrt fails. My massuer, Christian had excellent communication skills. I felt that he expertly massaged away the pain that brought me in while continuously checking in on my comfort. The massage room was not cozy nor relaxing, lights were not dim, no aromatherapy, no plug ins, no soothing music. I just wanted to relax after a long week of work and this did not hit, I was not a satisfied customer. I gave it one start because I couldn't continue with no stars..
