The hairstyle was a lot shorter than I wanted and was hard to style around some of the super short pieces. It looked nice when I first left but it wasn't what I wanted and the bangs were jagged when I looked at them the next day. Kelly was super nice but the quality of the cut was awful.

Seemed to get annoyed if a client asked them to change or fix something -The quality of the up-dos most definitely did not match the cost that they charged. Each bridesmaid had to have their hair re-done by a hairstylist from a different vendor to fix what they did. They did not seem to listen to the style being asked or able to execute them properly. They very much do "old school" hair (I.e- very tight buns, large poofs, etc) again, not at all the vibe anyone asked for. -Seemed to be a lack of communication/organization between the studio and the bride The studio brought more stylists than agreed upon, and threatened to charge the bride if their "chairs were not filled".
