Over a month ago, I scheduled an appointment with Dermatology Specialist. I am a new patient here…read moreand decided to go with this doctor due to their availability. I really needed to get in sooner but this was the first available. While setting the appointment, the office set me up an account, got my insurance information and personal information. They told me a date and time and I confirmed with them the time specified. The day finally comes for me to come in and I noticed that I had not received a reminder text or call, which I thought was unusual as most doctors these days will send a reminder. I get to the office 25 minutes early to take care of new patient paperwork and I was told no appointment was set. They have my account information that was set up that day but they did not actually have an appointment for me. I had moved around meetings at work to make the time they had told me and driven nearly 45 minutes to get here. I expressed my concern as they looked for other available days nearby. They agreed to see me today but set it for hours later than my appointment time. I sat in the waiting room watching patient after patient come in to the waiting room and go back for treatment. Finally my name was called. The assistant put me in a room and asked me what I was there for. I told her a few concerns and said I would like an overall check up. The assistant left the room and returned with a paper gown. The doctor was very thorough, Listened to everything I had to say, and seemed generally interested In addressing my concerns. I'm pleased they were able to work me in but feel like it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with if the office had set the appointment line they told me. I will say however that those who had an appointment that did not get messed up were seen fairly quickly.,

I was…read morefollowed and watched all over the store by the generals manager while me and a friend shopped. when we said we were leaving she immediately said to fellow employe you can handle this customer I need to watch the security cameras. than as we were leaving the store stood by the door and watched us get into my friends car walked back in got a notepad and pen and wrote down her license. my friend called and complained that night and the next day was told by the general manager I'm sorry you felt that way. her feelings were completely invalid and told her they would give us gift bags to make up for being treated that way.

They have crazy sales that save so much money. Also, this location displays extra savings items right at the front of the store to help lure you in. This weekend they had 75% off on multiple items (soaps, lotions, fragrances, etc) including men's stuff. Quite a few of the full size items run about $12.50 regular price which came out to about $3 each. We were able to score a pretty full bag of stuff for about $30 total. Staff are really friendly and helpful at this location. They offer to help you with any questions and get you bags to carry your stuff in if they see you juggling 15 items in your arms. Store is clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

The guy working there the other day was so nice, informative & helpful. I was honestly a little surprised to see a guy working there, but hey, kudos to him for doing what he wants. I love the fact this store always has Testers to try of everything in there. Their prices are usually pretty reasonable as well... especially when they're having a super good Sale... which they do quite often. The only thing I refuse to do is pay $20 for a 3 wick candle lol!
