Not good to say the least, I bought a pair of glasses well over $1,000. Wireframe screws kept coming out, they put new screws in several times. Some little young blonde headed girl convinced me or tried to convince me it was all my problem the way I was putting them on and taking them off. I called the office manager some great help she is. She refers you to another department the glasses department or whatever I ask are you not the office manager yes. But still I got to talk with the girl I already talked with. Now they traded these wire frames for another pair just like them same problem screws kept coming out so the lady said well we need to get you another pair that doesn't have this type of screws. After trying on about 50 pair and being frustrated I said okay this pair. Part of it was my mistake, I carried them up there today to change them out but the new pair irritated me so bad I couldn't even wear them. I asked the girl could I get my old glasses back no she said did you not try these others on in a smart-alecki way. So I called the office manager once more guess what I ended up having to talk to the same girl that just told me that. But she said okay if you trade back then we can't help you anymore I said that's fine you'll never see me in this place again nor my grandkids. I do not recommend this place at all run run from them. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very nice. I have seen just about all of them and they are all very professional and kind. I saw a lot of reviews complaining of waiting. I used to have to wait but now that they are in a bigger office, I haven't had to wait very long for my appointment. read more

My appointment was handled in a timely fashion and I was well pleased with dr cantazaro. The only problem is I had to pay my 40 copay to see the dr and then another 40 copay to talk to a young man about five minutes about my contacts. It wasn't that way when Dr Kelly was there. read more

Had cataract surgery - lens replacement ,Have had no problems at all. Waiting time not bad .10 minutes or more tops.

The worst experience ever; I had an appointment at 10:30 but wasn't seen till 12:05Apparently they constantly overbook appointments. I wasn't given an explanation as to the long delay. I noticed while waiting half of the staff left to go eat while leaving patrons waiting for service. read more
