I waited 4 weeks for my new glasses to arrive only to find the prescription wasn't right. So they rechecked my eyes and after 2 weeks the glasses arrived again only to find out the prescription wasn't correct, for the second time. They wanted to try again and I told them I wanted my money refunded because they couldn't guarantee the next set would be correct. They refunded my money for the frames and only 40% of lenses. The problem wasn't my fault. It's was there's and the labs mistake. I will never use these people again. I paid over $850 for frames and lens and they only refunded me a little over $400. They also used my insurance for the eye exam. I'm not only out my money but my insurance benefits for this year. I will never recommend this place and will let everyone I know what they did.

The QR code sent me to a website. The website said I had a zero balance. So naturally there was not anything to pay. Then I get a notice that my bill was sent to a collection agency. So how can you pay a bill without a balance. Seems sketchy to myself. If I can help it I will not be back here for myself. They need to sell to UAB so we can have a decent hospital in the area!

I can't remeber all the doctors, but I do remember Dr.Patel, Dr.Higgins, and Dr,O. I can honestly say these wonderful people saved my life. The housekeeping staff, nurses, and food service also played a great role in saving my life as well. They all deserve a world of credit. By-the-way people say hospital food is bad...not at Riverview. After six long years of searching for answers and real help, my husband was finally referred to Dr…read more Jennings at Clinical Urology Associates in 2022--and that referral changed everything. From our very first visit, Dr. Jennings stood out in a way that is rare to find. He is thorough, attentive, and genuinely kind, but what truly sets him apart is that he treats the patient--not just the problem. He took the time to understand not only my husband's medical concerns, but also how those issues were impacting his quality of life. That level of care is something you don't forget. Having worked closely alongside a cardiologist for eight years, I've seen firsthand the difference between physicians who simply treat conditions and those who truly care for people. Dr. Jennings is, without question, the latter. What impressed me even more was that after two years without a visit, he remembered specific details about my husband--details that go far beyond what's written in a chart. That speaks volumes about his character, his attentiveness, and the pride he takes in caring for his patients. Despite his thoroughness, Dr. Jennings is also incredibly respectful of your time. He manages to give each patient the attention they deserve while keeping visits efficient and well-paced--a balance that is not easy to achieve, yet he does it seamlessly. If you have been searching for a urologist who listens, cares, and truly partners with you in your health journey, I cannot recommend Dr. Jennings and Clinical Urology Associates highly enough. We are beyond grateful for the role he has played in my husband's healing and the direction he provided when we needed it most.
