Well after telling the students exactly how I wanted my haircut i just wanted a little bit off the…read morebottom about an inch and a half to trim it up , he ended up doing a full 5 in or more off of my whole length of hair and when I stopped him I yelled at him saying this is not what I wanted . I told him a trim off the bottom not a full haircut so now I have the middle of my hair just barely to my shoulder blades , and the sides are down almost halfway down the front of me so the whole job is very uneven it's butchered . Plus the fact I told him to trim my bangs just above my eyebrows and now that's almost an inch or more above my eyebrows. All the instructor had to say for the whole damn mess was that well you know this is a school .. yes I know it's a school I've been going to them for almost 50 years in various locations throughout the valley all my life ! I did not expect such butcher job . And he tried to straighten out the long sides right on the front which is no good. So I ended up walking out in tears because my hair was ruined I'm going to be having a wedding early next year and I cannot grow up my hair to the bottom of my back again. There's no way to fix this mess I'm going to have to start going to Marinello on Balboa instead and see if they can try and fix this whole God awful haircut I got . You got that one student that just wasn't paying any attention to how much you want it off your haircut now my hair is in all kinds of different lengths and I don't know what to do with it I can't even ponytail it up in the back because it's so short . I am not happy with this haircut there's no way to fix the easily without chopping off the front ends of my hair to match the low back part.

The total service for a full set of brows (first time) was $1,000. The pricing depends of which technician you choose. The highest level in the owner, but I picked Bella, who is one level below. When I arrived, I marveled at the beautiful space and gorgeous people. Everyone who works here has amazing brows, and so they are walking / talking advertisements. Jen, the receptionist, was very kind and patient for this first-timer. I paid the balance of $700 and finally met my brow artist, Bella. Bella is gorgeous! It's kinda intimidating but she's also super sweet and put me at ease. She explained every single step and took time to answer my questions. It's a process...I think I was there for close to two hours. Logistics: In 2023, the parking lot was $2.25 per every 30 minutes and not validated. Metered street parking was available but read the signs carefully. It has now been a year and a half and I can honestly say this has changed my life for the better! My brows were very uneven and thinning (thyroid condition) - which made me look so old and tired!! I now look bright-eyed and bushy tailed each morning after I roll out of bed. No makeup needed!
