I appreciated the very sweet demeanor of my stylist, however even after showing a photo of what I…read morewanted I did not get the color I hoped for in a balayage. The colors are supposed to blend so it looks seamless, however I looked like I was wearing a dark cap and the next color was way too light so it looked cheap and uneven. The trainer came by to say "wow it looks so good!" and signed off on this look. I had to complain and they allowed me to come in a few days later to fix but charged me $14 for the color, which was fine, however since it was the fault of the stylist and trainer I do not feel I should have been charged at all. When I got home I also saw that my hair had not been properly rinsed out so wasn't super thrilled. So I went back and while the same stylist tried to correct it, it ended being way too dark on the top, too dark overall and very little balayage variation, so now I have to try to get it fixed again. The trainer on the second day (Raven) was much more involved and detailed and really listened to me to try to fix, so I appreciate their involvement, however in the end I was disappointed in the final outcome. I would try it again but be even more clear and super specific (although showing a very clear photo of what I am looking for should be pretty specific).

I am extraordinarily perfectionistic and came in with the most specific requests/needs imaginable, in terms of eyebrow shape, color, etc. Lindsey worked with me for hours to get everything just right, never annoyed by my copious requests to make micro adjustments. She recognized the perfectionist in me and respected my judgment, then executed the project with unmatchable skill. The result after two sessions? PERFECTION. And a client for life. Jen, the receptionist, was very kind and patient for this first-timer. I paid the balance of $700 and finally met my brow artist, Bella. Bella is gorgeous!
