I had a new set of beautiful & comfortable lashes & a glowing facial. Prices are great & services are above excellence. I usually book my appointments on the same day since my schedule is a bit tricky. So that's when i had a chance to have Ada doing my lashes & facial as well. i was so impressed at how experienced & talented Ada was. Ada is so amazing & my lashes always come out perfect every time. I think the youngins call that gatekeeping. But I'm opening up the gates and letting everyone know how much I love this spot. I've been seeing Tracie for (almost?) 3 years now. I've followed her from a couple other places and was very excited to support her on this new endeavor. First, let me gush about T. I've been getting my lashes done for years at this point, and you'd be very hard pressed to find someone as wonderful as she is. I put all of my trust in her to let me know (hell, I just let her do what she wants) what needs to be done. If my lashes need a bit of a rest and a less full fill, shes got me. I've never had any irritation, or issues with them falling out in-between fills. Second, the location. It's open, bright, and airy, but in that comfortable welcoming kind of way. The beds are comfortable, with perfect head/neck support pillows. Anyone that's gotten their lashes done on an uncomfortable bed with crappy neck support knows what I'm talking about. Theirs ample parking, the restroom is immaculate, and the spa music is just the right level of spa-y. I recently moved, making my drive almost an hour to every appointment. And I'll gladly keep making the trek. If you've been considering getting lashes done, or needing a new place, highly recommend Tracie and her team.

I called a day in advance and they had an opening which was surprising! I went to Mimi and she was honestly so sweet she asked what I was looking for and then bam! Forgot to add the part where I had eye makeup on and she was super nice about it and just simply asked me to help her take it off in the bathroom (that House of Lash glue don't play!). After the one week , I have a gap on the left eye (very minor) but quite noticeable. So I called The salon in order to fill in the few missing hairs. I arrive at the Quincy lash salon and I ask Jenny if she can just fill in the few lashes that were missing. She tells me I need to do a refill for $70 dollars. She continued to say that after two weeks the fill is $80, (it's only been a week so I'm thinking it will be half of what you would pay for two weeks) (would've made more sense. I mentioned I don't need a refill yet, just a touch up of the 4-5 hairs. Literally. Lastly, she ends up actually doing a refill (which I did not need) mounds of glue and extra lashes that I did not need is what I ended up with! Lashes are so stiff at this point that I can't even blink without feeling like my own lashes are scratching my eyeballs. So uncomfortable. When all she had to do was follow the instructions of just a few lashes that I've requested. I felt that this salon was a bit money hungry. If you treat your clients correctly and listen to the style they are looking for, you would have a returning client. Now, because my real lashes have fallen off too, I'm not sure if I'll ever get lashes done again. Watch out ladies.

I was absolutely terrified to get my eyebrows done and had not been in over a year, but Kathie made me feel comfortable and at ease. I seek expert help when I notice that my brows are slightly unsymmetrical in photos (see attached) and to the point that I don't know what to do to fix them. I recently moved to the Weymouth area and Kathie's proximity + glowing 5 star reviews suggested she'd be the right one to get me back on track. I requested an appointment here on Yelp and she responded within minutes giving me times to choose from. I saw her the next evening. It's never an easy feat when someone new is about to alter one of your most important facial features, but she made me feel comfortable right away by thoroughly explaining and showing via a mirror not only what she was going to do but also why. We also discussed my medical history that might affect the sensitivity of my skin. She brought out shape ideas that were hiding in my mismatched brows that open up my eyes and frame them even better than before. The result is attached, and I only fill them with powder. She's also very reasonably priced - the same as most waxing services I've gotten. Looking forward to radiating my renewed brow confidence and having Kathie maintain them.

I've done brow tinting here before but I mostly visit to get my eyebrows threaded + shaped. Eyebrow threading is $18 now, which is a fair price; similar to what other threading spots are charging nowadays. I've been pretty satisfied with how my brows come out whenever I do come here! They always give me the shape I'm looking for... every time! I don't come here as often as I used to, since it's a bit out the way for me now, but I love the threading results. So I kept looking and I found Lash Lounge! Lindsay just did my lashes yesterday and they look so so AMAZING! She's also such a doll and the lounge really has a really comfortable feel to it, perfect for your lash nap. Didn't ask my name, say sorry or tell me to wait while she assessed a wait time. I had been hearing so many good things about Dazzle and figured I would give them a try. No thank you, never again! There were two customers inside along with herself and a single nail technician on the floor. Her demeanor was very rude and cold. I will never be returning and I do not recommend, unless you want unfriendly service.
