Totally respect the accountability) Unfortunately, the experience at the end was spoiled for me when I was charged for the $20 deep tissue enhancement, even though I had entered in a promo code online and called ahead of time to make sure that the price would be taken off at checkout and the woman assured me it would be. It wasn't and I definitely feel tricked. I also had a $20 promo card that was rejected because it had expired by a month. That I totally understood, I had no idea there was an expiration on it, but I feel like there shouldn't have been an expiration on something that was given as a gift card just 3 months prior. Definitely left me with a sick feeling in my stomach.

Wow, she did an amazing job! I've had facials in the past but she was seriously the best. Not only did she pay attention to my skincare concerns and tailor the facial for me, but she gave me plenty of time to relax before and after my service. The tea at this spa makes it a special experience. I ended up purchasing a membership and taking one of Jessie's cards so I can recommend her to a coworker. I would highly recommend Jessie to anyone looking for the best facial, and Wildberry Tea Spa for the beautiful environment and friendly staff!

If you're seeking deep, therapeutic bodywork that addresses the root cause of your pain, she's an absolute gem. I suffer from severe migraines and carry an incredible amount of tension in my neck and shoulders, which radiates into my delts and down my forearms. Despite her petite stature, Cathy possesses an incredible amount of strength and has an uncanny ability to locate and work through those stubborn knots. I was sore for a couple of days in the areas she focused on, but it was the kind of soreness that comes from muscles finally releasing years of tension--not from any mistakes on her part. Cathy truly understands her craft, and if you're dealing with chronic pain, tension, or migraines, I highly recommend booking a session with her.

As I was waiting to checkout the girl at the front was checking in others and asking highly personal questions and medical questions in front of me! Wildly inappropriate! We were DRASTICALLY overcharged. The website says 129 then add 40 for 30 more minutes. We had 100 minutes and were charged $280 EACH. The person checking us out was so confused and it took more than 20 minutes to check out, all to be overcharged!!!! I should also mention, there was a cash tip envelope sitting on the counter right in front of us - completely unaccounted for, and no one was paying attention to it. Thank goodness, we are good people, and handed it to the lady checking us out. Services that should have been 200 each were charged 289! Would love a manager to resolve this ASAP!

I've had a membership here for at least six years, I think, and I am still happy in some ways but…read morerather frustrated in others. The good: staff -- from the front desk to the service providers -- has always been really friendly. I find the tables in the service rooms to be really comfortable, and I like how clear they are about emergency buttons being available. While I don't regularly do facials, I splurge every now and then and am super happy with the treatments I've gotten from Brea. My massage therapists have varied but have generally been good; I've only had one that I'd say was below average, and a couple have been excellent. The frustrating: - For massages, I keep getting switched to different massage therapists from what I booked and don't find out until I get there. I used to have consistency in my massage therapist, or at the very least I'd get a heads up that I was being switched. It's gotten to the point where I don't see the point in booking with a specific therapist, because I have no idea who I'll actually get. -The timing has varied pretty wildly. As an example, I recently showed up 2-3 minutes late for a massage and am totally understanding that an appointment will be shortened a few minutes to reflect that! However, the massage didn't start until 15 minutes after the scheduled time because the massage therapist was running behind, and it also ended a few minutes early -- my active massage time was less than 35 minutes. In other recent instances, when I've shown up before my start time, I've still had appointments start a few minutes late and end a few minutes early (even accounting for consultation and undress/dress time). If they're running late and want to cut my time by 5-10 minutes, I wish they'd just ask me -- maybe throw in some aromatherapy or something, and I have no problem helping them get back on schedule. As is, it just feels a bit sneaky. - There is no communication that I can find that informs when the monthly membership price is going up. I understand that prices rise, but I wish there was clear communication about it. I'll keep coming back for now because of the convenient location, ease of booking, and friendly staff. But I hope things get better in terms of service consistency.

Of course she will adjust the pressure but you must communicate. Her English is very little but she knows the body very well. She found places I didn't know were causing me pain like around my ears and elbows. When she asks "pain" she means is this where you want her to focus. She will ask you what areas and if the pressure is good. So I will be honest, I have followed Karen and her husband Daniel around central Florida to different spas. She is worth the drive.
