Not only was she very friendly, she was also very competent, careful and she took her time. She communicated with me along the way, asking me my preferences, which I really appreciated. That Bay Area traffic AGES you (I had a friend that visited only once and she went back with gray hair, I swear). I got a facial and eyebrow wax from Eva and came out looking like an entirely new person! Practically years younger. I can't remember the last time my skin looked this good. Her place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. And it's pretty quiet; tucked away in a little corner of fair oaks village. So you may hear the occasional fair oaks rooster caw, but not much else. So happy to have found a great esthetician. I swear good skincare is better than Botox!

When I walked into the building, she was waiting for me at the front so she could walk me to her suite so I didn't have to worry about being lost! She was super nice and told me exactly what she needed from me and then left the room so that I could get undressed and comfortable. Her bed was the most comfortable bed that I've ever laid on while getting a wax, my usual experience is a hard bed with a plastic or paper lining. She worked in smaller sections than what I'm used to but it made the overall pain way less. She held good conversation the whole time and she never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable. She also checked for missed hairs and she did not miss a thing! I usually leave my wax appointments with wax on me or missed hairs but she did amazing!! She was also giving great recommendations for my specific skin issues. I will be coming back!

The space is large and beautifully decorated, one feels immediately at ease. The owner Erin greets you and helps you decide what service you might want. For my first time, we decided on the vitamin C facial. I'm 59, so I figured anything rejuvenating would be great. The waiting area is very tranquil and she offers you water or tea. The place is spotless. The very excellent Briana, my esthetician, took care of me from there on out. One thing that really stands out for me about this Spa is that the rooms are large, almost like a bedroom. So many Spas have tiny closets with a rickety cot in them, and paper thin walls. Their four rooms are spacious, private and welcoming. The beds are feather soft. Brianna made sure to take care of my every need, as I have a bad back and neck...she was very thoughtful about that. She also seemed very knowledgeable about skin problems. I highly recommend the vitamin C facial which starts at 60 bucks for first timers. The Citrus smell, combined with the Steam and then warm towels and a firm yet comfortable neck and shoulder massage unravels all your worries :-) Although they do have a lot of product in the front, they don't push it on you. It was only when I asked for advice on a cleanser that Briana told me the options. The location in Charming Old Fair Oaks Village is perfect and I like to support local small businesses :-). I will definitely be coming back. The prices for their services and product are quite reasonable compared with others in the area. All in all just a great experience..... if I could have given it 10 stars I would :-)

I called for a second appointment and left numerous voice messages (at least 7 times) and go ZERO response. I was visiting from LA and called well in advance to get an appointment booked yet couldn't get a call back to save my life. Highly unprofessional- usually as a business OWNER, you'd think she has enough etiquette to AT LEAST follow up and call back whether she has time for the appointment OR NOT. Rude. Simply put, it's RUDE to not respond at all especially when a potential client is clearly attempting to book an appointment. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism . Tip to the "Busy Bee": CALL PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS WHEN THEY LEAVE MESSAGES. Needless to say, that visit was the first AND LAST time I'll be sitting in her (Kristene's) chair.
