We begin the consultation. She argued with me every step of the way. She said they closed at 8 so no way we could do everything, when another staffer said they could actually go until 10. She clearly didn't want to stay. That's fine, but why take the appointment in the first place? She says we can only do half my roots, not a full foil and no highlights. I almost got up and excused myself, and I wish I had. It was so much back and forth with her it was exhausting. Finally I said to her and the other lady there was still an inch of roots and my hair was yellow. She left for 15 minutes and I heard her complaining about me to another employee. She then came back out, put a color wash on me in the sink, was very aggressive, got it all over my forehead and ears, and the water was way too hot. It was horrible. She then tried to start my haircut, which I declined. No chance I was letting her near me with scissors. The final product was grey roots, and patchy yellow blond hair. The people at my office called me Lemonhead. What I was supposed to receive: Full color, highlights and cut - $180 What I received: Half color, crown only - $112 So apparently a half color, cut, and highlights is only $58! Give me a break. Horrible, rude service, terrible results, and dishonest charges. They did tell me I'll get 10% off my next visit! Hah! Lemonhead, out.
