The Girl working the front desk is extremely rude. I just ran in because I was near there to start back my membership and Tan once before I start tanning again monthly. I of course didn't have my eye ware because I didn't plan on tanning today. She would not give me a pair of the paper ones which over the years once in a blue moon I would need and it was never a problem. Than she tried to force me to buy another pair of eyewear which I refused because I have tons at home. Made me feel very-awkward because I've never been told no for paper eyewear that I used one time in a year! She said it was only a one time and I got one last April as she looked in the computer, lol. Paper Eyewear verse Customer Service! That's just downright terrible customer service! And unfortunately, it seemed she was training, a new girl and that poor girl is learning from her how to treat customers. That wasn't all just main thing...she had an attitude the whole time like I was bothering her with my questions.

I'm not sure who I texted with as they never asked my name or gave me theirs. I booked a 10am appointment the day before my trip and the woman opening the place was late. She came in with no acknowledgement of me, on a very loud phone call and unlocked the door. She stayed on the phone while I had a seat in the waiting area and continued to open the salon. After about 10 mins she finally spoke to me asking if I was here for a spray tan (still had her cell phone to her ear) then she went back to finally set up the spray tan area. The whole process was very quick and when I mentioned a cover for my white nail polish she brushed it off and told me they would be fine. Surprise! My manicure was ruined with a brown stain over them. She did not give me a full coverage spray and even after I told her this was only my second time being sprayed gave me no advice or care. The tan itself was not done well. She had a dirty towel she used with the spray machine and could barely work it when we were starting. At the end she put a fan on me and told me to wait 20 seconds and get dressed and was out the door before I could ask a question! Horrible service. Horrible experience. Horrible tan. For $50 I expect a lot more than what I got and will definitely be going anywhere else from now on.

Very clean and tidy rooms. She explained the spray tan machine thoroughly, and patiently answered all of my questions. It was a great experience. I got the spray tan, which took about 10 minutes, and finished up in the stand up tanning unit across the hall. Beautiful results.
