I had the worst shopping experience ever today at the local Lululemon store. I scheduled an…read moreappointment for noon, during my lunch hour. I confirmed my appointment at 11:30am. I leave work and arrive at the store at 12:07pm. I checked in with the person at the door and she told me I was late for my appt and that I would be canceled or skipped. I explained to her that I was on my lunch hour and I had to drive there. She kept going on about how i should have texted or called if I was going to be late. She would not stop. There was a person in line behind me that heard the whole thing. I had to stop the check in person and ask her if I can go in or not. I walked in then she proceeded to tell the customer behind me that she had to wait because I was late. I spoke with the manager regarding the whole situation, which she did not apologize for or seem to care at all. This is the last time I will shop at our local store.
