It was installed incorrectly by my contractor and leaked the first time we tried to use it. I went in to Fixture exchange and gave Linda my info and what parts I wanted to purchase. I explained what parts I needed and why I needed them. She took my info and promised to email me a price for the replacement parts. After a couple of phone calls to clarify the make and model, she said she would get the info and prices and get back with me. Imagine my surprise when she called that afternoon and told me the parts were on the way to my home. She had contacted Fleurco and had secured me a warranty replacement of the parts at no cost. Linda went out of her way to assist me when I hadn't even purchased the Shower wall from her company. They are an authorized dealer and stand behind the company's products they carry. This is the kind of superb customer service that is lacking in so many companies these days. I can't imagine I would have been treated any differently had I been an actual customer of Fixture Exchange. I would like the management of Fixture Exchange to know what a jewel of an employee they have in Linda. He comes back on the phone says he has a switch and a remote control for the fan (which we did not get when we moved in 8 years ago). "Fantastic !" I say.... "I'm headed past your place in 20 minutes " he says "how bout I drop these by and you can see if it fixes your problem ?". Half hour later, in the midst of Coronavirus fun, my problem is solved!
