Spectacular Christmas arrangements, centerpieces, garlands wreaths, and also fully decorated Christmas trees ready to go. Very friendly and professional staff. They've always been absolutely fantastic at customer service, and extremely friendly, and the efficiency is always remarkable, and the prices are very fair and the value is top notch. For example, I had set up a Valentine's delivery one day, and the next day I decided to add a couple of things to it, and that phone call literally took approximately two minutes to complete. The flowers were delivered today, and the delivery driver called to tell me they were not home and asked if they could leave it on the porch. I said yes, and it actually turned out to be even better because when they pulled into the driveway, the porch was adorned with a beautiful arrangement of roses and everyone was so blown away and happy.

The recipient said that the flowers looked wilted and the water in the vase was already cloudy. No response to my e-mail communication raising concerns. Contacted another local florist and paid for a second arrangement to make things right. Will not use Tildy again.

I kept asking about a cake tasting, and finally 3 WEEKS before the wedding he gave me a random name to call- he hadn't arranged anything! Then for the transportation, he made our guests wait for 45 MINUTES before transporting them to the ceremony site. The bus driver had no idea where to go nor what the event was, and Roger thought our wedding time was 30 min later than what we had planned. WE HAD THE TIME SET FOR A YEAR!!! Hadn't changed! After our wedding started 30 min late, because Rpger screwed up, we finally get to the reception site, only to find he isn't there! I had to sit at a desk in my wedding dress writing out the introductions for the band, because OF COURSE Roger hadn't bothered to do it! He showed up a our reception sometime during our first dances, at least 45 min after we arrived. I won't get into the sloppy bouquets he threw together a cpl hours before the wedding, the hideous "flower crowns" that we're impossible for the flower girls to wear, the joke of a bamboo arbor that we scraped the day of (which he wasn't even around to help with), or the lag in response time throughout the process. I think he sat down with me twice before the wedding. After our wedding, he apologized for screwing p and offered my us a refund. Haven't heard from him since. He won't return phone calls nor emails. And of course we were never refunded. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM ROGER CARTER!!!
