I called into the office to inquire about switching and they were super helpful over the phone. A few days after, Jim stopped by my house just to say hello and introduce himself in person. Coming from a big city and never having met my previous agent, I was impressed. For the last few years I've been dealing primarily with Justin. He's so proactive and constantly looks for ways to save me money while increasing coverage. He and everyone in the office are great. If you're looking for a new insurance agent I highly recommend calling Jim Bowlin's office

First time using New American Funding for an investment property and had an excellent experience…read morewith Beny, Remi, and their team. They went above and beyond to help us get the best rate possible, communication was clear and concise, were accessible and available when needed, and kept us informed every step of the way. The most defining moment of the experience for me was their support and partnership when things unexpectedly did not go as planned as we neared the close of our escrow. They worked with us and our agent to figure out plan B, C, and D alternatives, which allowed us to close on time under a very high pressure situation. Had it not been for their partnership and teamwork, it could easily have resulted in us losing our deposit. In my experience one can make a good judge of character and team when things do NOT go as planned. They responded with speed and the utmost professionalism, and simply put we would not have closed on time without them. Thank you to the New American Funding team, I highly recommend them without hesitation.

We had to be out of state and we thought the adoption would compromise the loan processing and closing on the new house. This meant the world to us. I can not recommend him and his team any higher!!

This time, there was no call to tell me not to come, so I figured enough time had passed since my last attendance that they wanted me back. I guess that wasn't the case, and they certainly weren't about to make a space for me, even with my Email confirmation, which said, "We look forward to seeing you at Oxford Hotel on May 14, 2019 6:00PM" Sad! Very sad!
