I was on a time crunch and they came out quickly and got designs back to me in a timely fashion. Tony was a life saver, he went beyond his job. He sent me lots of info on lighting and ceiling options. He was very easy to talk to. He never made me feel like my questions were silly. He is a true professional, he knows his stuff! I felt reassured having them do my layout. I knew the town officials had certain requirements and I knew they would make sure everything was done the way the town expected. I met with them both numerous times and they both helped me change the layout a couple times until we got it just right. I'm very happy with the layout and how everything turned out. The price was fair and about average compared to other quotes I got. I highly recommend!

We worked with Steve on an extensive renovation of our house this year (2021) and he is attentive and listened to us. He provided us with the design for an open floor plan, modern home that functioned well for our family, all within our budget. This is not our first project with Steve (we worked with him in the past back in 2014) and I am sure we will definitely use him again next time!

Geoff's services were the best part of my home renovation…read more I needed to fully renovate my childhood home and add a small addition to accommodate our needs. I didn't want to be wasteful and had a specific budget. We also had zoning challenges. Geoff was so creative with our layout and maximized the usability of our small house. He also provided us with an alternative if zoning didn't get approved. The alternative still included everything the expanded version had, so we were covered either way. When it came to zoning, he managed everything for me and had a great relationship with the town. We got everything approved and the committee thought our ideas were great. Then when it came to construction, I was so glad I had Geoff on my side. The builders thought he was super thorough. I appreciated Geoff's advice on what absolutely needed to get done and what didn't, and approximate costs, etc. I felt like he was an advocate for me, and I was so appreciative of his guidance and help throughout the whole project. He's very generous with advice and his time. We absolutely love our home. We are so grateful for our experience with Geoff and highly recommend him!

Hi everyone. Javier…read morehas been incredible to work with. When we originally purchased our home, we were lost and lacked the creative details needed to re-imagine our home and develop the designs that could maximize the potential of the space. Without Javier's help, I don't think we would have ever realized the potential of our home. He completely reconfigured the design of our space, worked within our budget, and handled communication with our town when adjustments needed to be made. Javier was punctual, honest, and extremely professional. Subsequent projects that we've had in the house have all resulted in us calling him for his opinion because we know exactly what to expect. I highly recommend him for any architectural needs you may have!

From our first meeting, he was kind, respectful, and genuinely eager to understand our vision. He listened carefully to what we wanted which is a comfortable, sophisticated kitchen that felt inviting without being stuffy and delivered exactly that. Javier really knows building codes and maximized every inch of allowable space on our property. He was always responsive, willing to explain design choices or answer my building science questions, and collaborated beautifully with our designer throughout the process. His digital visualization tools were incredibly helpful, letting us see the addition in 3D before construction began. The final design required minimal revisions because he nailed our vision from the start. The addition seamlessly blends with our home's original architecture while beautifully enhancing both interior and exterior. Javier incorporated clever storage solutions, including a coat closet we needed, and designed the huge windows we requested that flood the space with natural light. The kitchen is exactly what we hoped for--open, welcoming, and perfectly suited to how we live. I would absolutely hire Javier again.

Breeze cleaned the carpets in my home in preparation for us renting it out…read more We lived in the house for nearly 8 years with 3 pets, occasional visits from 3 nephews, and a family member with an industrial blue collar job that required outdoor work. Needless to say, the carpets were in rough shape with a few very noticeable stains. Breeze did a great job restoring them to cleanliness, and they even managed to get out stains that were under the couch (and therefore set in for years!).
