The staff members were whispering and staring, did not greet anyone entering, and felt completely unwelcoming--even during checkout. This cold energy is very unexpected for a spiritual environment and for Santa Fe in general. In fact, I felt the need to thoroughly cleanse the energy from my items before bringing them home.
