Went in there today to talk about a defective product and instead of him explaining the problem professionally, he gave me big attitude in front of two other customers. I've never felt more uncomfortable than I did today. Even though this shop is 3 minutes away from my home, I would rather travel somewhere else further that shows respect to loyal customers. Let me start by saying I've gone to and yelped numerous vape shops.Kenny was the most phenomenal employee we've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is such a down to earth, friendly, patient and knowledgable dude! It was like we were hanging out with a friend not shopping at a store. They have the best prices around, an incredible selection of juices including brands that aren't really sold elsewhere. They have awesome accessories and equipment including varieties and colors that are really difficult to find. We traveled 45 minutes to go to this store and it was well worth the trip.
