I called to find out if they had a certain product and at what price, since I didn't want to waste my time. They were very nice and confirmed availability and price. I do this because it seems the prices vary so much in the neighborhood. Anyway, he quoted me a price that was the same as a competitor, but they had them in stock, whereas the competitor was out. I told him I was on my way. After driving 3 miles I come in and say "hello, we just spoke about the Juul pods. Oh, yes. We have them but the price is 33% higher than I told you. Needless to say, I left. And, instead of him offering and honoring the price he just told me , not 15 minutes prior, he was ok in letting me waste my time. The margins are huge and they are so greedy that they don't mind lying over the phone to get you in to buy an addictive product. Overall though, it's probably a good thing because the games they (in general) are playing with the pods ought to be illegal. It's like legalized crack. I've come here a lot and I usually deal with Shawn but if he's not around any of the guys I've dealt with have been knowledgeable on coils, devices and juice flavors. I've bought a lot of different coils, 2 devices, 4 different tans and a lot of different juices from here with no problems at all. I was having a huge tan leaking issue with Smok tanks that are known to leak. I kept thinking it was my coils because people kept saying it's my coils and I would change to different types of coils but at the end of so many coils being used and wasted. I was getting annoyed because I loved my device; it was beautifully made by Smok. I did so much research I finally came across an online video and found out it's not the coils and a very simple way to fix the problem. So many hours of video watching and a month later dropped my device and it broke something inside and that was the end of that one. All the staff are super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Their space isn't huge but they have a good size selection in juices. They also have a rewards program for those who'll be frequent enough to stop it. read more

Ok, I'm trying to quit this nasty cigarette addiction and I was looking for a good vape shop in my area, so, yelp to the rescue! Vapor Junction! Great reviews! Let's go! The gentleman helping us was pretty good but there was several things he didn't mention... like there's a 7 day store return policy, that's cool, I don't really wanna return anything unless it's messed up...well, I bought a Phix pod system and Icare160, the Phix pod system worked flawlessly! Hell yeah! The Icare not so much, the salesperson that I had purchased it from set it up for me and I guess he over primed the thingy and when I tried it, I had a spit up I guess it's called and it burned the fuck outta my lip, I understand that some of these things do that and I had a trusted friend that's been doing this vaping thing forever and he messed around with it and it continued to spit, this time it spit out so hot that it blistered my upper lip, ok...fuck this thing, I purchased these products May 31st, today is June 11th, the 1st sales person as stated above never advised me of the store return policy, other wise that this would've gone back the next day. Today I went there and Sam was there, I advised of the situation, he assured me, " this is a original and very good product" ok, that's all good and dandy, maybe the thing just doesn't like me?!?! I don't know! But I don't wanna get burned again! Now I hear of this return policy, ok! I'm not asking for my money back, I just wanna exchange the thing for something like the Phix that I bought previously, but instead of just switching it, he would rather waste time by arguing the store policy! He says it's on my receipt, the only receipt I had was my CC receipt which only had the name of the store and my total, it's not my fault the previous salesperson didn't give me the the proper purchase materials that he should have, he didn't ask me for my phone number to send me the receipt like Sam did, train your people better my man! I don't like to be combative but if a dog bites you once, are you gonna try to mess with again?!?! I was stupid enough to try it a second time! So, Sam insisted on fixing it, dude, you can fix it all you want, I'm not trying it again! So now we have to go the route of me sure as hell not threatening you sir, I'm promising you good sir, I'll go home, jump on the computer and dispute the shit out of the charge! Oh! And by raising your voice, all that does is piss me the fuck off! Now, Sam jumps on the phone and claims he spoke to his partner, I honestly don't know what he said due to the fact that he was speaking his native language ( rude much? ) he came back with " I have to charge you a restocking fee " but he'll allow me to get the Switch Vapor and he'll give me a 10 store credit because the Icare was more expensive, at this point...fuck it! DEAL! So I got what I had been asking for and was about to leave and my daughter suggested that I just get a bottle of vaping juice so I could use the store credit. You know what! Good fucking idea! Cause... do I really wanna come back to this shop?!?! Maybe? If Sam would've just switched the product as I requested, I would definitely frequent the store more, it does have a good variety of juices, but if a customer tells you that they already got burned twice, you really shouldn't attempt to force them into trying the product again. This place is awesome! Very helpful with all the questions I had. I broke two tanks so when I had to buy a new one the guy who helped me was completely informative and honest about what would be best for me. Since I had just bought a lot of stuff the week before including new coils for my tank that I broke they told me I can just trade in my old coils for the new ones at no extra cost. **********PLEASE READ: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE****** Just to start....I absolutely loved this vape shop-great selection of liquids, good staff (Sean and other younger man) but I just went in there tonight and was totally taken off guard. Yesterday I purchased a 60ml bottle of liquid, the week before I purchased two 30ml bottles, a brand new vape, vape tip, and incense, and that was just last week. My boyfriend and I are always in there trying new flavors and buying new liquids for our vapes. For being a VALUED customer and spending a TON of money in there, the younger man gave me a FREE half used 30ml bottle of liquid they received from the specific line to try out and give him my feedback. NOTE: THIS IS A SAMPLE BOTTLE AND IT WAS HALF FULL. I really appreciated the gesture. When I went in there yesterday Sean helped me and recommended a new line and I bought a 60ml bottle-cool. This time, Sean (a different worker) showed me a MAIL BIN full of free samples they received from the individual companies and told me I could choose a few to try so I ended up with four. This was super nice and I really really appreciated it. Tonight I went back into Vapor Junction to give my review on the samples (quarter of 30ml bottles, half bottles) & the older man was working in there. I told him that I really liked the Black Series bottle that I bought and I liked the Fryd line. I also told him that I saw a brand in the bin Charlie something in a white bottle yesterday that I wanted to try and asked him for a small sample-NOTE: I spent almost $300 in there the week before and $35 yesterday. He immediately asked for my ID so I told him I had to go home and grab it....I drove all the way home to get my ID and showed it to him, I explained that I wanted to try the white bottle and he handed it to me reluctantly. I thanked him and told him that I would let him know what I thought. I also orded a $60 180ml bottle of liquid while I was there just to show my appreciation. I forgot my cash when I went home for my ID so I told him to hold it for me until I got back. As I'm walking out, he said "Do you have the bottle?" And I said "Yes right here" and he said "you have to pay for that!"....I said "Why do I have to pay for this? It's a sample, it's not even the quarter of the way full. The other employees have given me bottles in the past, yesterday specifically." He started ranting that 'We have to pay shipping for that". 1) IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL vape SAMPLES to consumers that you get FREE 2) It wasn't even the quarter of the way full and he wanted to charge me full price for it He had a bad attitude, had me running back and forth, and then was rude to me. It's sad to say that a quarter of a 30ml bottle of FREE vape liquid cost them a customer that spends almost $500 a month in their store. It's sad to say that I will be telling all of my friends i"ve referred there to find a new vape shop. It's sad to say I'll be contacting the company that sent them the FREE sample and telling them they were trying to scam customers. Don't waste your money here. read more

I just wanna say that this is the worst place for customer service that I have ever dealt with. They do not stand by their product or their return policy. They sell you broken modes and when you go and return it they wanna keep it for 24hrs to see if they can fix it before they refund you your money. When you refuse to let them keep it and ask for your money back they call the cops on you so they don't have to give u anything. I advise anyone to walk up or down the block and go to the other vape shop that's 300ft away from them. These people will never get another dime from me or anyone that I know.
