Her original online quote was a good price and my actual price was even less than. Not a bait and switch at all . Kasey is the lead service advisor and we will always come here. We also have only purchased used cars from here and Sarah the sales manager is far superior to any in the area . Definitely recommend them for new and used cars and Services

Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle arrived with windshield damage larger than a quarter in the wiper path. This was never disclosed verbally, in the listing/photos, or in the sales paperwork. The damaged area clearly has resin from a previous repair attempt that failed, requiring full windshield replacement. I hired an enclosed transport company recommended by my salesman. I spent nearly two months repeatedly calling to get this resolved. After the original manager I had dealt with apparently left, I finally reached another GM. The GM told me he had "looked through all the paperwork" and found nothing regarding windshield damage. He said the delivery driver should have documented damage and that the car "was not delivered in an enclosed trailer, meaning anything could have hit the vehicle during transit." The vehicle WAS transported in an enclosed trailer, and the carrier's pickup condition report documented the windshield chip BEFORE the vehicle left the dealership. The visible resin from a previous repair attempt also makes it clear that the damage did not originate during delivery. I sent the GM the pickup documentation showing the windshield damage had been noted before transport. After that, they stopped responding. Keep in mind that this was after months of calling and being told that the GM would call me back, and ultimately receiving a two-sentence email containing claims that were plainly contradicted by the documentation. There appeared to be no meaningful investigation into what happened and no effort to make the situation right. This wasn't the only issue. A PPI noted an odor, so before purchasing I specifically asked the salesman to replace the cabin air filter. He responded, "Yeah, I could do that for you." I recently checked it myself, and it is the dirtiest cabin filter I have ever seen and appears to be 6 years old based on its manufacture date. They also never provided copies of my signed sales paperwork, including the bill of sale I needed for insurance. I called and asked 4 separate times and was repeatedly told they would email it. I still have nothing. The lack of accountability here is astounding. I gave them every opportunity to address these issues privately, and instead was eventually ignored. I would be extremely cautious purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, especially from out of state. If you notice something wrong after they have your money, I would have very little confidence in them standing behind the sale.

I thought for sure I was going to get some song & dance about...well you've had the car for awhile now. we don't know what you could have done with it. no, none of that. they just acknowledged the fact the part was missing. ordered a new one. installed it. no charge for anything! everything was beautiful. the service department here is a pleasure to do business with. I have only good things to say about Brandon, Mike and Mark the service manager. I just wish they were closer to me. all this took place while this corona virus was taking place
