When it persisted, I returned under warranty and was told there was no leak. Two months later, I returned for my PA inspection. Glenn's now found a different "hazardous" oil leak and would fail the inspection unless I authorized $2,500+ in repairs on the spot. I refused, they failed my inspection. I took the car to Mercedes-Benz Fort Washington, they passed the inspection, found those repairs unnecessary, and found the active leak was still coming from Glenn's prior repair. Glenn's picture showed me where the oil leak had traveled to, not the source of it. If you filter though the PR noise and do your research, you will notice my experience is not isolated.

If you want the BEST customer service, price, and warranty, you must go to Piazza Hyundai!…read more I was on the market for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and spent a great deal of time doing research. I discovered Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown through autotrader.com and their prices were by far the most competitive. There was one vehicle that caught my eye so I decided to request an online quote. Stephanie Kimbro immediately reached out to me. She was AMAZING. I shared with her that I live in NJ and was planning on driving 2 hours to her dealership. She saved me a ton of time and hassle making sure that I had all of the appropriate documents since this would be my first time driving again after selling my car when I accepted a job in NYC two years ago. Apparently in order to register the car in my state I needed to have an in-state D.L. as well as insurance. I was able to act quickly the day before my trip and turn in my NC D.L for a NJ D.L. Stephanie saved the day, ensuring that my next step in their dealership went smoothly. She also put a hold sign on the vehicle that I had my heart set on. Upon arriving at the dealership I met with the sales representative, Alex Weisberger, who had been scheduled to facilitate my test ride. He came across as being genuinely kind and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. I immediately liked him. Alex walked me to the SUV that had put on hold for me and told me all about the vehicle. It turned out the vehicle was not the one for me and I decided not to test drive. Alex handled the situation gracefully, inquired further as to what my must haves and dislikes were, and set out to find me my perfect vehicle. He went into his database and told me he had found what he thought was going to be a perfect fit. His instincts were right on and I fell in love with the vehicle. I had a lot of fun on my test drive with Alex; he put me at ease as I felt my driving skills were a little rusty for not having driven in couple years. When we got back to the dealership to complete the paperwork he kept the conversation going and made what typically is a mind numbing and boring process, enjoyable! Finally, I met with Liz, who finalized the paperwork. She was very efficient and fun which I appreciated. The process took a lot less time than I had anticipated. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown and could not recommend them more highly. Their prices are the best and the level of service I was provided could not be beat. Every associate that walked by me gave a warm friendly smile or a "hello" and seemed sincerely happy to be working at this dealership. As a Sales Manager myself, this something that I truly appreciate. Finally, the Hyundai warranty is the best on the market in my opinion; 10 year/100,000 miles. The bottom line is I have found my new favorite car dealership and despite living two hours away, I will be back when the time comes to buy another car. I came in and Keith looked the car over said since the engine will be torn apart if I wanted to replace the serpentine belt (it was wearing out), sparks plugs (they had never been changed because you have to take the top part of the engine off to do it and it costs about $600) and timing chain (the parts were about $300 and having the peace of mind of a new timing chain was worth it) I would only be charged for the parts since the labor is the same. Doing all that was still less than what the dealer wanted to charge just for the water pump. Excellent service, they went out of their way to have the car ready. The office staff is great. The car now runs great! I highly recommend them.
