    Jasmine milk tea!

Always looking for new or different boba places to try! The place is so cute! Clean and bright! Service was great and the staff were friendly! They have waffles as an only option for food. Next time I come I will get that! Definitely will come back. The drinks we got were all yummy & refreshing!

Been meaning check this place out for a while! Super cute drink shop with ample seating. Quiet ambience so great place for chatting up with friends. I liked they have self checkout portals, and that they don't use as much plastic! The glass containers can get you 10% off of the next order-- definitely will get me to come back, what a great incentive. They have many interesting options, but the one that really caught my eyes was the sesame smoothie. It can go right or very wrong, but I wanted to take a risk in trying. Black sesame smoothie with aloe vera and chia seeds-- this was a success! I love how it looks, first of all, the aesthetic is very enticing to me. To my surprise, it's not super sweet, which is amazing. The sesame flavor comes through, and so does a bit banana, interestingly. I personally really liked the texture of the chia seeds, so added that. The aloe also was really good, it's not the pulps you see in Korean aloe drinks, it feels like actual aloe chunks, and not the chewy jello type. Definitely not cheap, as the base was $7+ and with 2 toppings plus tips comes to $10. But I'd gladly back for a the same order. Though I'm excited to try other ones they come up with!

This place seems like it's mostly for the 'gram. They have a really nicely decorated interior and a cool bear logo. They sell their drinks in hip-looking mason jars. They also have a One Piece promo where you can buy sets of glass One Piece jars. Their boba didn't really impress me, though. We got the classic pearl milk tea. The boba was hard. The drink was a tad too sweet even with 50% sugar. The tea flavor was nice and strong, though. Pretty overpriced at $7-7.50 a drink, especially for a place this far out in the suburbs.

While shopping around the Vernon hills area, we stumbled upon Bearology and noticed it was a new business that opened near us! It was located in a strip right by the Walmart. Once you walk int, immediately to the right you'll wait in line where you'll walk up to the register and place your own order, then you'll take a seat and wait for your name to be called. We decided to try the butterfly lemonade and the 24k golden drinks. They had tons to choose from that this decision took quite some time to decide. (All great options which was why it was SO hard!) The butterfly lemonade was yummy! I highly recommend stirring it because drinking because otherwise you'll only taste the lemonade (which is pretty sour alone, haha!) You also have the opportunity to add a jelly, we opted for the aloe jelly and it was nice and refreshing. The 24k beverage was more of a tamarind flavor. At first we were questioning whether or not to drink it because it was so shimmery and pretty. We decided to drink it because we could always go back! And it was delicious!! The beverages are served in glass mason jars and flasks! They are meant to be reusable, so you can bring them back and receive a discount to try other drinks. We also opted to get the large reusable boba straw too so we can help reduce waste! The cafe was pretty busy, and restrooms are not open to the public yet. All in all, it was super fun and we will definitely be back with our mason jars to try out all of the other drinks!

Obsessed with this boba place! I've had the banana milk tea and the strawberry milk tea here so far and both were fabulous. I love that they give you your drink in a glass jar, which is easily reusable. If you bring back your jar, you get 10% off; if you bring back 10 glass jars, you get a free drink. Fabulous!

Cute place that just opened up recently across from Hawthorn Mall, right next to the Wal-Mart. The place is pretty big and spacious, with minimal decor except for the large pink flower wall, and bear. You walk straight up to the counter and they have 3 kiosk set up for you to place your order. You first select your drink, and then pick a free topping, and you can substitute your milk option (also for free) and adjust your level of sweetness. The kiosk was very user friendly and easy to use. Then you pay- not sure if they accept cash, but they do accept card and electronic payment (ex Apple Pay). Then you wait for your drink. I ordered a brown sugar frosted milk with boba bubble tea. The milk was like slushy, and the boba and brown sugar were at the bottom of my cup. I also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. I love how the drinks were served in actual glass jars with a twist on metal lid. You can definitely reuse these at home, recycle them, or bring them back to the store and receive 10% off your next order. How environmentally friendly! You also have the option of buying a stainless steel boba straw for $$. The drinks I ordered were $7.50 each, a little pricey but you have to make up the cost for the glass jars somehow.

Super cute place with lots of seating options. I ordered a coffee milk tea at the counter and got my drink pretty fast. I like the fact the milk tea come in a reusable jar. The milk tea has a good amount of sweetness and coffee flavor. I definitely would come back to try the other flavors.

Seriously the best Boba place I've ever been to. So many cute variations and the best part is the glass jar the drink comes in!!! My kids loved the cotton candy vending machine! We got a flower bouquet. So unique I'm planing on coming back today to show the rest of my kids! Huge hit!!!

Hands down the best milk tea in the area. I like the flavor of their milk tea because it's the perfect mix of tea and dairy. The flavor is always consistent every time I visit this location. Lastly, if you prefer a place with a nice aesthetic, I have not come across a better option in the area.

We tried the pink lemonade with mango bobas & the mango smoothie with jelly. Service was a little slow, it seemed like there was only 2 people there and only one was making the drinks. It was a cute setup inside with a cotton candy vending machine.

So happy that there is a new bubble tea shop in town! Easy ordering system. We ordered strawberry banana, black sugar, and jasmine milk tea with tapioca. I like that you can customize the ice, sweetness, etc. we love the glass jars it comes in! Also, it is a large space so perfect for groups! Cannot wait to try the other items!

I came back wanting to give this place another shot, and I love it. We did get our drinks fast, and they were delicious. The staff as well was very friendly. I also loved the Cotten candy machine and overall the aesthetic of the place.

I had the 24k gold drink which is a tamarind flavored juice. The atmosphere is wonderful and it is a wonderful gem tucked next to Walmart. The service is fast and friendly with all the options customizable at the touchscreen. The glass containers are reusable and you can get a discount when you bring them back to use on other orders.

For example, the Kungfu Tea in Libertyville, their tapioca pearls are so inconsistent. Sometimes I go and they're mushy and other times, they're so hard like rubber bullets; they're never made correctly and perfectly every time. That's where Te Amo comes in the picture. Their tapioca pearls are consistently good. They also have really good flavor combinations and the drinks are made with care. Along with the boba tea, they also sell mochi donuts and basque cheesecake!

It was still a bit too sweet, I would've picked 10% if it had that option. The foam is a bit sour and bitter, kinda shocking. But not until you get to the actual drink part, it's actually not bad. The light bitterness throughout was really good. Both ube and dalgona flavors come out. But I might try to go with more simple/purer flavors, one at a time. I find mixed flavors a bit too much, since not all mixed flavors go well together. Might just go with dalgona by itself next time or ube creme brulee alone. Also, I think the drink I had would've been better cold, as the ice would cut the sweetness to half if I waited long enough. I would've ordered a cold one but cold would've exacerbated my cough, so hot it is. Also wanted to add that the boba were done well, not under or overcooked. The tapioca itself had a nice toasted sugar flavor. As for service, it's mostly a self-service kiosk. Ordering is pretty easy and straightforward, and they have Apple Pay. Interestingly the ordering system is through Chowbus, they text you your order number.
