I finally lost some weight, but didn't want to buy all new jeans and pants. It's hard to find men's waist size 31, but they had three pairs of khakis that I could wear to work. They had a lot of other almost new clothing and shoes too. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely return. read more

I've been taking my kids clothing here for several years and never had a problem. I went to drop some off today and experienced the incredibly rude employees everyone keeps mentioning. I had two large bags of clothing that were clearly visible when I walked in. The employee looked at me, walked all the way around to the counter, looked at my bags again and said we stopped accepting clothes at 6. I didn't know this was a policy and if it is a policy that's fine but why wait until I lug everything in and walk yourself around the counter to tell me. I'm really disappointed. My mother took several like new maternity and infant clothes in a month ago. The first time she went she was told there was no one there who could look at the clothes to see if they would take them. The second time she went the girl said they Couldn't take any of the clothing because the baby pajamas didn't have zippers (they all had zippers) and the other clothes had stains (none of the clothing had stains). Im not sure what has happened with this business but it definitely appears to be going down hill and that I need to find another place to consign my kids clothing. read more

Probably the rudest staff I have ever encountered including the owner. I gave it 3-4 shots thinking they might be having an off day but no. First time in I had my 2 year old granddaughter who was potty training and asked for a bathroom and was refused. Since then the couple of times I went they have been rude. Never ever a greeting when you go in. Not even eye contact. I purchased a shirt and didn't realize it had a big hole in the back. Tried to return it the same day and they refused. I have shopped here many times over the years. The selection is okay. The staff has always been the worst part when shopping here. Asking them for help seems to inconvenience them. They are rude, more interested in their own conversations then assisting customers, rarely smile, & behave like they are better then everyone. Not to long ago, I met the owner. I now understand why the staff is the way the are. The owner is not nice. She has no problem insulting you for being inquisitive. Not sure I will continue to shop here anymore. read more

If you want good customer service then do not come here. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn't even greet you when you walk in the door she just stares at you. Her and the other staff will ignore you while they carry on personal conversations while you are standing at the front waiting to be helped. I love the prices and good deals but it really turns me off of this place by how rude and unfriendly the owner is. I only go in there every once in a while but if the staff were nicer then I would be in there a lot more. But other local places with much nicer staff will get more of my money. Not to mention some of the things are comically overpriced. It's not a good look! Maybe take a course in interacting with the public before opening a business. Kindness goes a long ways! read more

They are pretty clear about what kinds of items they take. They won't take what they can't sell and you can't blame them for that. They always take a good portion of what I take in to sell. Stop in. I have never sold clothes before, and definitely my first time here. I called yesterday and was told to come in today. The employee didn't say anything else other than I could stop by today. I walked in the door and the woman at the counter didn't smile or say hello, just asked if I had an account. When I said no and that I had called beforehand and was told to stop by, proceeded to question if I had asked over the phone about their policy. I said no (because I didn't know I needed to ask). She then got an attitude and proceeded to ask rhetorically why I didn't ask about the policy and then in a condescending manner proceeded to tell it to me then. This place is nothing more than a glorified garage sale. Holding your stuff and not paying you until it sells. It was probably one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. I wouldn't go back to this establishment. There are other places that have nicer people! read more

Very hateful staff. They act like their use stuff is gold! Now don't get me wrong they have a lot in there and most is nice but they acted like it was made of gold. They had clothing of all sizes. Unethical and dishonest staff.. Recommended by a coworker several years ago.Always had great service and referred many friends and co- workers.. I dropped off clothes last Thursday night and was paid cash for the balance on my account.. I returned Friday with more consignment and noticed the same lady that helped me the night before was wearing the clothes I dropped off.. She looked up at me and avoided eye contact and hid out of sight.. I discreetly asked the other lady behind the counter if I had any money on my account and she told me no.. Then I whispered and pointed out the girl wearing my clothes that I wasn't paid out for.. She was like oh yes, she told me she brought a dress from you the other night.. I told her it seems odd she's wearing the dress I dropped off and there is no no money on my account reflecting a payment for it... Needles to say I don't know how many other items the employees take from customers without paying for it.. I spoke to the owner yesterday and she went on about how awesome her staff is, how everyone loves them, how helpful they are and how upset the manager was because I insinuated she stole my dress.... That maybe be true about their personalities and customer service but that does not mean they want rob you blind.. The owner is clueless and in denial to believe her staff is not capable of stealing! She became very defensive, rude and upset with me stating I was confused!! She is obviously confused because she allowed two employees to manipulate her and pull the wool over her eyes! This store has a surprisingly wide variety of up to date fashions in stock. I found a really fun pair of metal-studded blue flats for three bucks, faux leather and nothing fancy but they have clearly never been worn before and would definitely retail for thirty bucks or more. Most of their jewelry and accessories were simply junk, but when it comes to clothing and footwear there seems to be a little something for everyone (female) here from teen trends to basics for older women. The men's selection was mostly preppy casual (think Abercrombie and Fitch) but they did have a few athletic jackets also. More of their merchandise seems to be new or closeout than used. Prices vary but follow averages for this type of store and the best part was their clearance priced stuff! I'll be sure to return when I am in the area. read more

I Will say that it is rather difficult to join. You have to have at least 20 items that they can sell before being able to sell your clothing and accessories at the store. It's a difficult goal to reach but it is A little challenging. Once I reach that goal I love the service they're always polite and their turnover rate is so incredibly fast. I can drop more stuff off and in three weeks go get money for like 80% of what I dropped off. One of the benefits is if you meet that goal of 20 items you don't have to meet it again, you are in their system forever which is really nice. read more

Every time I walk in, they have more racks dedicated to new clothing. They're all OKIE t-shirts, all new for $16 each. They are taking up a rounder, straight bar, table that I could see at a glance. I could have gone to the mall to pay those prices. I wanted to open up an account with them and brought clothes. I had new clothing with tags on them, gently used children's wear and ladies jeans. I shopped around while they checked the clothes and they didn't notify me when they were done. I had to go back to the counter and ask about my clothes. I was shown a small stack of clothes they could take, I said okay, but they said they require 20 items to open an account. She informed me that my items were "too worn", but I noticed they didn't take items that were new with tags on them. I am a picky shopper and did not take junk. They seemed like they just didn't want to take anything because they had turned away another person ahead of me. It was a complete waste of my time to try to go here. read more

Not a place to sell or buy clothes from if you want honesty & respect. The people are the worst part because they are so rude & insulting. I've bought an item that had a defect that I only saw once I got to my car & I tried to take it back in to return it for an undamaged item but they refused to help & were rude. I had only had this thing for 3 minutes at most maybe not even that long. The owner had no remorse for this, never even apologized for it or give me money back or store credit --nothing. You better inspect every single stitch on a garment before you walk out the door because they don't care. I was shocked since it's not like I drove home & brought it back hours later--it was only time enough for me to return to my car & walk back inside there dinky little store. They have a big opinion of themselves for being a second hand store. Beware that they will also give you the run around when you try to sell items there & give away your clothes, or so they say, if they don't sell them. I question their actions because my clothes were only a year old, designer brands, in like new condition because I line dry my clothes to protect them. I was told my them that my clothes were the kind that flies off their hangers in a matter of weeks for great prices & that they'd have no issues but they promised to RETURN any that didn't sell because I wanted them back. In reality, a few months go buy & I inquired about my account & they said it only had $5 bucks. I gave them over 20 garments....They claimed to only sell a few & when I went to the store to look for my other clothes I couldn't find them. I asked about my missing clothes & the girl was mouthy, made immature facial expressions & in a snotty tone said she'd get the owner to "handle me." I don't know what she meant by "handle me" because I was being very respectful, quiet & polite throughout this ordeal. Apparently they think customers have no right to question them or ask for answers about their own clothes. The owner was even worse. She is why these employees think it's acceptable to be rude & abrasive to customers. The attitude I got from her was shocking since they portray the business as a Christian environment. This is why so many non-Christians have a bad impression of us. She even blamed me for not being in her words "clear" about wanting my unsold clothes back. She said that she gave two thirds of my clothes to a church. It's upsetting that they said they'd have huge success in selling my clothes since they said my clothes were what their customers buy, but that they would give anything unsold back. They looked me in the face & deceived me. I don't know what really happened to my clothes & never will. I suggest that people sell their stuff in garage sales or online to avoid this situation. There's also many other stores like this that have much better reputations than this one has & frankly better things & the people are not rude. I feel betrayed by them, insulted, & feel robbed. This is NOT how you treat customers or just people in general! What happened to customer service? Give your hard earned money to businesses & people who care about more than just profits at any cost. read more
