She did my newborn pictures recently. First off, baby was in the NICU on the day we had originally scheduled. Suzy checked in with me nearly every single day to see how my son was doing and offer words of encouragement. She was never pushy. She genuinely wanted to check on him. When we were finally able to do the session, she fit us in immediately. I didn't realize how stressful it can be to do newborn pics in general. They are completely naked and constantly need to feed so they are in a deep sleep. Suzy was so patient. You never got the sense that she was waiting on you. She even consoled my son numerous times during the shots to try and give me a break. I'll tell you that in the short 3 hours that we were there, she earned herself a repeat customer.
