The consultation ahead of time was really helpful, as I am new to branding and marketing myself. Monica knew what questions to ask and shots to suggest to appeal to a corporate audience. At the photoshoot, she put me at ease right away, and had great suggestions of poses for the best camera angles. I had so many great proofs that it was hard to choose which ones to get! I HIGHLY recommend Photoumbra Studios.

I found Becky through an AI search while looking for a local photographer for our anniversary…read morephotos. She was fantastic. I'm usually very uncomfortable in front of the camera, but she was professional, friendly, and immediately made us feel comfortable. I was initially hesitant about her suggestion to do a "lifestyle" session in our home, thinking it might not be "camera-ready," but I'm so glad we listened to her. Becky has an incredible eye for angles and spots we usually overlook. She even snuck a few great photos of our cat during the session, which was a wonderful, personable touch. Even with limited natural light in some rooms, the lighting in every shot turned out excellent. She delivered a high-quality gallery in about 2.5 weeks. If you want a relaxed, professional experience in the Salt Lake area, I highly recommend Becky Green. We'd definitely choose her again!

Becky did a fantastic job for our maternity and newborn photos…read more She is very prompt and professional. She gives you her honest opinion, is about the natural look, and makes the photos as you would want them. She is also very accomodating! We did the maternity photos near Neff's canyon and she came to our home for the newborn photos. She has a gift for capturing things as they should be and using natural light. Gets photos back quickly in about a 2 week period! We chose Becky because we found her on yelp, looked and reviews and her profile! We are very happy with our products and if we move back to Salt Lake City we will definitely use her in the future. She is fantastic. Thank you!!

Do NOT book with her. Although we eventually received…read morebeautiful photos, this ended up being the most stressful part of our wedding. Harlie Butler, Merakii Moon, broke our contract and did not provide photos within 6-8 weeks. We began trying to contact her after our deadline. We were promised the photos by "the end of the day" multiple times. When we would inquire she would make excuses and promise a new delivery date. If she was upfront with how long it would take, we would not have booked her. We were promised polaroids day of that she "forgot" to give us. Still haven't received them after her promising she would "ship them first thing tomorrow". We had to basically threaten asking for a percentage of our money back to get our photos. Our wedding was June 6th, we received only half of our photos on August 30th. Had to beg her some more to get the second half and got them September 4th. I truly believe we would still be waiting if we weren't constantly bugging her about the expectations SHE SET. I don't know that we will ever receive our polaroids at this point.

We were so incredibly happy to have this team of photographers travel to a ghost town in Montana with us to take the most memorable photos of our family as engagement and family pictures. We were further pleased to have the two of them available for the entire wedding day. It is not common to find two such exceptional photographers that know so well how to work together and complement each other's work. They made communication easy and clear, they have the experience and talent to get what you want without making the whole wedding party pose for hours, and took so many photos that I hadn't even imagined I would want, but am so so happy to have! They put up with rain on the wedding day, lots of little girls fussing with flower headbands and dresses, and literally crowds of reception guests. They gave direction when it was needed and captured beautiful moments of un-staged celebration. I knew without a single doubt that I would have the photos that I wanted, to see the faces of the people who celebrated our wedding day with us, and to see our happiness in our union. Mitch and Morgen are two professional artists with whom I am so grateful to have worked.
