Well, as it turned out AETNA Insurance got more settlement money as a refund to my medical insurance that had covered my medical expenses while the case was being handled, then we got. We did settle the case based on their recommendation, but as of today I am still paying for the accident and I am so sorry that I settled when they recommended that I do that. Since 2015, I have had to have a neck fusion, several finger and wrist surgeries from gripping the steering wheel, a shoulder replacement.
