A wonderful lady named Anya came to my house to talk to me and my sister about everything they do, the next day they were at my mom's house, setting everything up, we have two beautiful nurses that come Tuesday Iris and Thursday Dioceline, theses ladies are our angels on earth. They check her vitals, report to the doctor, if we need anything they take care of it. Alta is open 24/7, if you need someone to come out they are there within minutes. Alta has made our lives so much easier and my mom loves her nurses. Thank you Alta Hospice for everything you do. God bless you!!

She had a hard time with the call button. Her room mate was very loud and was giving the staff a really hard time. I had to switch mom to another room with better access to the toilet. She did better with her physical therapy in the new room too. They got her to walk again after her fall last January she stayed til March The staff did their best but was under staffed at times it took awhile to answer the call button. My mom said she got tired of waiting and used her wheelchair to get to the toilet. The girls never came to help some of the time. It was better than some places I've seen and worked in. The staff in the ER are very efficient and professional and treat patients and their family with respect. If the ER doctor decides you need to be transported, they select a medical facility that will take the patient regardless of location. Recently, my husband was transported from Bear Valley to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs. The medical center has a horrible reputation, which I can now confirm, and is 80 miles from our home down the mountain. After 10 days, he is finally home. I will certainly think twice about going to Bear Valley ER again. If driving down the mountain to a hospital of my choice is an option, I will certainly do that in the future.

Out of all the facilities and hospitals I've been to, this one exceeds them all by FAR. The way they manage and operate their program and staffing is excellent. The previous Hospice was OK, but I wanted to compare. Inland Regional Hospice was one of the companies given to me. The owner himself came to my home with his assistant. He was very caring and very realistic. The staff from the receptionist to the social worker are amazing. My mom was in my home during her Hospice care and I was her caregiver. Sherene was her case manager nurse and was always available no matter what time of the day. I always looked forward to the Social Worker Shekinah visits as she always made me feel I needed to take care of myself. She always showed sincere concern of my mental and physical care. Comparing my experience with the first Hospice and Inland Regional, I'm so blessed to have Inland Regional with me when my Mom passed away.

This company not only Calle some back within minutes of me calling but was also able to send the owner over to meet with me at this was in the evening! I was amazed. I loved the owner and his staff we're all great! I was able to call them anytime, and text them and got a instant response. And I knew who I was speaking to every time! I had questions and got answers right away. No run around. No night time fill in company who didn't k ow us! They were fantastic. All the people were so Sweet and knowledgeable. I didn't have to do their jobs for them! And I was so happy to know my aunt was in good hands. The other company I had to help and do their job for them. Or show them how to care for her. Today as I wrote this my aunt passed away. I called them and they were here within the hour. Called the mortuary and took care of her for her cleaned up and ready for pick up. The sweetest nurse Adrian. Adrian you are an angel. I love your outgoing personality and so loving you were our angel these last days. So thank you.
