Klaus, on the other hand (who I believe was the owner?) was the opposite. He individually degraded nearly every single person at the safety briefing. A room full of customers paying him money, yet he treated us like dumb interns. You know the type, right? Loves to hear the sound of their own voice, and everyone else is a second-class citizen? Wouldn't start his educational session until the people in the back of the room *sat down*, though they were clearly more comfortable standing. Spoke down to people who were struggling to understand him. Verbally abused a four year old girl. This is my first yelp review; know that you'll have to endure the gauntlet of patronizing lecture in order to earn the awesome snowmobiling. Proceed with caution.

I have had several bad experiences in the past with other car services. Either they didnt communicate in a timely fashion, or they showed up in dirty cars, or they showed up late, or drivers were just plain unsafe. Alliance took the time to explain to me the processes they took to ensure that the cars were on time, drivers safe, and cars beyond the usual clean that is expected. When they arrived I was blown away. The car looked like they had just picked it up from the showroom floor. The best part for me was that they were not only on time but in fact early! The driver was professional and safe and didnt mind our change of plans that altered our route. Without question Alliance is who I will continue to use for any time I need car service. I frequently refer friends, family, and colleagues to the service and those that have used Alliance have all said the same about the service that I have.
